Wow, I guess getting closer to the trip makes everyone post-happy! I wasn't on for a day or two and there were already like 5 new pages to this thread!!! Wow.
Re: scrapbooking stuff (as there were several comments on it) - cool, love to hear about more people scrapbooking (although in the men's world, we call it "album making" so it's not so girly sounding). I still have WDW 2001, 2002 and 2003 to do. AND I haven't done any of DD's birthday parties yet (she's three). I have my stuff currently spread all over the dining table (with DH's permission) but someday I'd love to have a room all my own to have things set up in all the time. I am way behind, however one of my friends - who has 4 kids age 4 and below, mind you - is ALL CAUGHT UP, with all 4 kids' albums and her own. CRAZY. She is a very practical scrapbooker and only does a few page spreads per event. (unlike me, who has 2 12x15 sized albums for our WDW 1999 trip - that's like 100 pages for a 10 day trip). I'm getting better though at consolidating and not doing too many pages. Live and learn over time, I guess...
My favorite size is the 12x12 but I've done all different sizes for various purposes. I'm currently working on DS' album as I don't want him to feel like the "second child" who doesn't have any photos, albums, video, etc. Ha ha.
But sadly I go back to work this Friday after having 4.5 months off. It's so depressing. The only good thing is that 2 weeks after that, I'll be off for 2 weeks on vacation... ha ha ha ha.
Whoo hoo!

so I thought I would start with our wedding photo then add pages with the kids thru the years and now the grandkids. I also have photos with DH and I and each of my grandmothers and both of our parents at DL some years ago. Also have some from when we were Girl Scout leaders with our troups at DL. (Yep, DH was a card carrying Girl Scout for 5 years when our girls were young! AND he likes to shop!) The scrapbook front says "
FAINT if I threw out even one photo. Hmmm. Might have to sort thru them when he is working.
We do need to downsize soon as we plan to retire and move to much smaller quarters in a couple of years.
Hmmm. Maybe I can sort them and tell him he has to scan the ones I don't want to keep and put them on a disc if he wants to keep them.
That could be a win/win.
I'll be a mess by then oh no!
Diana
Some of them are going with us Dec of 2006 though so then they will understand!
