We are home - safe, sound, and cold!

Reality is setting in. Work and on Monday night we have an important community meeting on the funding issues in our school district that I have to run.

Goodness John! There are a couple who have some common sense but most seem intent to "show the politicians" what they think. It is a shame that nothing has changed in the years that we have known you and you are still fighting the same battle for the children.

My BIL and SIL are taking their kids to disney for the first time! They leave on Monday. I am excited for them. I made an itinerary for each day! Now I am really dying to get there!!!!

We want to take Eliza to the BBBoutique on our June trip. She is a total girly girl. I was thinking about getting the middle package - hair,make-up, and nails.

What do you think? Any of your little ladies do this?

DD knows not to ask for this. She did once and was given the choice between that and several other things the same cost and made her choice.

We want to take Eliza to the BBBoutique on our June trip. She is a total girly girl. I was thinking about getting the middle package - hair,make-up, and nails.

What do you think? Any of your little ladies do this?

Sophia is a "girly girl" too, and loved it! She wouldn't take her hair down for days after we got home - which was the only problem. We have given her choices lately, which is why she opted not to do it this time, but she still wanted to. If you do it, make sure to take your camera.

As an aside, the "Fairy Godmothers" now walk around the Disney store and spray "Pixie Dust" on little girls heads if it is OK with the parents (glitter). It is cute, and a good promotion for BBB.

John, very glad the meeting was a positive event. Perhaps you will be able to build on that this time.

Brandi, we did BBB for my friend Kelly's daughter and she loved it, we brought an outfit for her and did the hair and make-up option. She had a great time.

We are letting Eliza do the BBB and giving Jake $$ for the lego store. We are usually very conservative with souvies....but there are a few things that I want to let them get....

I can't wait!!!! Mike just called and his meeting in CA has been moved to next week and he won't be getting home until Friday so now we can't leave until Saturday morning. I am thinking that we will shoot for 5 am so we could be there by 5 pm instead of our original goal of 1 pm when staying in SC. I am really excited about this trip!!! I am packing our scrapbooks and working hard to get the last one finished in the next two weeks.

That sounds great, John! It is amazing that so many people came out and were able to be constructive. I hope that this continues for you.

Sitting at home trying to heal a bacterial infection in my stomach with heavy duty antibiotics. I'll be fine after the two weeks of treatment. Good thing it was snowing today so I could stay at home and work. It looks like we'll be out tomorrow too.

We did and airboat ride today. Saw three 'gaters, one of them a little fellow, lots of birds, and a water moccasin snake. Riding in the airboat was alot of fun.

Lisa, we are thinking we will get to CBR around 5 or 5:30 pm, maybe we can meet up at there. I have a mission to get a Vera Bradley hipster bag, and the Gaylord Palms has a shop that carries them. I saw the sale one on the website and then found out they won't take a Canadian CC, even for delivery in the US, was going to ship to the resort, grrrrr...
