We are taking a family vacation me, MMHM, and his kids, well, my kids, too, but step-kids this summer in July to DL. It is not really the time of year we prefer to go, but I am going for my 20 year HS reunion, which is July 22. I graduated from Anahiem H.S. I believe my DM told me Jordan did, too, just a few years before me. I have been having Disney withdrawls since we went to WDW in 2003 and prior to that is had been DL in 1996. WAY TOO long.

It is unfortunate you cannot go on this one, but I know how it is. I would like to go everytime with my DP, too, but they take the DGK's instead

I sent the latest rules to you via e-mail, since I didn't know how to post the link to the Boards. Looks like the date was changed again, to 2008. ???

No, if you go to the link for Frequently Asked Questions about the New Travel Initiative Requirements (FAQs) you will find the existing information that was changed last year.

When will the Travel Initiative be implemented?

In the proposed implementation plan, which is subject to a period of initial public comment, the Initiative will be rolled out in phases, providing as much advance notice as possible to the affected public to enable them to meet the terms of the new guidelines. The proposed timeline will be as follows:

December 31, 2006 – Requirement applied to all air and sea travel to or from Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda.
December 31, 2007 – Requirement extended to all land border crossings as well as air and sea travel.

Therefore, all changes would be implemented by 1/1/2008.

I got a call from Banyan Productions today they said they received our tape. They said "thank you" They are the ones who produce, Baby Story, Trading spaces all the shows on TLC. Any info I get I'll keep you guys posted.

Wow, that's a lot of smiles! It makes my eyes I tried to copy them into this message and got an error, too many smiles!

The swim meet went well today. LOTS and LOTS of swimmers. We were there from 7:30-4:30, that's a long day. The kids did well, Kaitlyn got one 1st, one 2nd, and three 3rds, Shaun got a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Both were very excited. My big concern was that we would have lots of food left from the concession stand (I was in charge of it) but things sold good. I have some taco meat left but that will make for some easy meals in the next couple months.

Shaun is at a school dance tonight; lucky for me it's over at 9, then I can go to bed. I'm tired.

Angie and Dennis--Thanks for supporting the Girl Scouts. I'm sure you will enjoy the cookies. There is only one more week of the cookie sale left here, Kaitlyn needs to get busy, too much swimming and not enough selling Oh, darn, I guess I'll just have to buy some.

Penny--We watch Red Green every Saturday night on our PBS station, is the show popular up in Canada, or are we just amused by "Northerners"?

I have been trying to catch up on the school work. I don't think I ever will. I got behind last term due to illness and surgery and had to put extensions on the classes then have this terms classes, too. I don't have any clue why I did this to my old self????

Anyway, DD, I did tell DM that we were going to DL in July and asked if you guys might want to go. She said maybe you would. I know you are going with DGS, Korey, in March, but that you could never be Disney'd out. We would be happy for you to go with us. I am sure Mike and Tay would be happy because they would get their spoilin' shoes on

Also, DM said she didn't know any celebraties; however, my whole DF are celebraties except me. They all (DD, DM, DS, DBIL, DB, DN's) did a commercial for Saturn cars in 1995 or 1996 that aired on television for quite some time.

DM, did you forget???

Well, tomorrow is the BIG day. Will my Hawks be going to the Superbowl for the first time ever!!! YES!!!! Go SEAHAWKS!!!! Peck the Panthers I am hoping to be on tomorrow.

Stacie (?) I have never seen the show, but have seen the commericals, not my kind of show . Some of the others on this thread are farther north then me, so what does that make them, .

I am a CSI, L&O junkie. Throw in some Survior , Amazing Race , and a dash of Big Brother over the summer and I am happy. Also really have a blast watching Grey's Anatomy, it is so off reality it's funny.
