I probably should have been scared by this but it was too cool. This was when one of the Magic's stacks caught fire. It was just like a chimney fire. I need to tell my story about this sometime. It was funny .... afterwards.

Were you on that cruise Brack? I read about it at the time.

Looks like there will be a real line up getting off the ship at CC this time1 I also am among the first off and I think John1 is also! Hammock time!

OK - do we all find a different shirt to wear to race to the beach?

I am usually right in the thick of it and I hoof it all the way.

We hung this outside our door. One afternoon we came back and found a dollar bill in her bathing suit top.

Was Todd on that cruise too?

Well, looks like she wont be there on time. She fell asleep & for some reason they wouldn't let me strap her into the seat that way.

I am usually in charge of getting the spot...I take off and get there (without the shuttle tram, mind you...) and don't usually see DW and DD for about an hour afterward. Nice pieceful time...umm, I didn't mean being without the DW and DD was peaceful...NOOOO. I wouldn't say that. No. Not at all.

DW said that was the Adult Beach, yes? In that case, have a nice run....we haven't been over there yet.

No tram for me either. Too slow and I do NOT want to wait for it to fill up. Maybe your daughter will try some of the activities, or hang with some of us other DISers for a bit this year so you can spend a little time at Serenity Bay. It really is paradise.

OK I will work out the hammock assignments for the group next week. Think anyone will listen to us by Friday morning?

By Friday morning, the rest of the ship will probably stay on board and let us have the island to ourselves!

It's my DIS degree of separation, lol. Actually had the clothing department of the campus bookstore using it for the clothing stacks, lol.

OMG - I just ran outside and it is FREEZING!!

I had to do some grocery shopping after work so I need something quick for dinner. I picked up one of those grocery store rotissere chickens (those things are so good) and I tried some of the Betty Crocker Seasoned Skillet Potatoes. I think they are new and they were really good and they were done in 15 minutes.

If someone is looking for a quick potato side dish you might want to try these.

Oh LOVE those chickens. Costco's are really, really delish!

so John1 how's your weather? we actually had snow flurries this morning and yesterday afternoon.

DD said she was getting out of my neighbor's car to catch the bus to school today and her BF told her to get back in the car. there was a buck standing in the middle of the road not even 20 feet from them. we live in a residential area and woods are quite a ways away. she really thought it was neat. she couldn't get her phone out fast enough to get a picture.

Snow flurries, but nothing sticking to the ground yet. Not enough, and the ground is still too warm. It melts as soon as it hits. Sophia loves getting the snow in her hair and was laughing about it last night when we were out.

One day last Spring I saw a Doe in our neighborhood when I took the dog out early . . . she just stood in the middle of the road and then took off between some houses. The kids have also seen deer every once in a while tear through the back yard. Not a lot of woods around us, but apparently enough.

John - you remember I am native right? My blood is thin, thin, thin. And most of the year everyone in Fl is walking around in not much clothing. This is cold.....brrr.....brrr....
