12/09/06 Cruise Continued ~ Pirating Bananas DIS Geekorama Part 2 Part 8

Just checking in quickly to ask for opinions here.

I went to Target to get the Pirate costume for DD but it is sold out already.

They do have a queen's costume that is quite pretty & reminded me of Elizabeth Swan....or the young ES. Here it is. It is the burgundy dress with the gold pleat in the skirt and the broach with pearls at the waist. I wouldn't put the collar up like in the picture & she wouldn't wear the tiara with it. :confused3

I think that would be a great ES outfit for her! Very cute. :thumbsup2

Columbus Day, no work for me today. DrHug works a late shift (12-8). I hope to get some cleaning done here this afternoon. Thanksgiving is coming quickly!! :scared1:

The hordes are on their way :eek:

and our house is 2300 square feet of mess! OY! I really have to get crackin'. I just don't know where to start. :sad2:

This weekend flew by too quickly. I have the monday blahs. Didn't sleep well because we had a thunderstorm last night that had our dog scared. :crazy:

Yes, I am back to catching up...DH came home last night so we spent some quality time together. :goodvibes

there was no pricing, sudoku, stomping of grapes, or movie watching in this quality time...

that is sooooo kewl! I have only been in a plane like that once. In high school, one of the guys knew how to fly. I believe he rented hours on the plane though instead of owning it. We went on a double date from where we lived near Sacramento to some airport on the coast, had lunch and came back. It was really fun at the time. My parents were a little busy at the time so they had no idea what my brother and I were doing for most of high school. I don't think I would let one of my kids go flying with teenage friends!

What our parents didn't know didn't kill them! :rotfl:
