well I finally caught up. you guys are always chatty but I really hope the weekends are the chattiest. I can't keep taking over an hour to catch up.

today we layed the floor in the hallway. we are using the locking/floating laminate. It was loads of fun, NOT. the cuts on those boards are extremely hard to do. we also put six panel doors in last year but never got them painted. so today the kids got to paint three doors. next weekend we are going to finish the hallway and livingroom. we didn't get the molding put up yet. the kids will get to paint three more doors. I keep telling them that they are earning money towards the cruise by doing their regular chores and the additional remodeling chores. it is working so far.

I think it is probably time to hit the hay. I have to get up tomorrow and help DD get ready for school. I don't usually work mondays but we have a staff meeting and I have to go. then I have physical therapy. I hope it won't be as bad as last monday. I had to come home and use the whirlpool tub and take some meds.

Well guys, I need to try to get some sleep. The kids have to get up for school in the morning & IDK what plans DH has for work around the house. I would like for us to go get the shelf for DD cut and have him help me put the brackets up. The stud finder is missing so we will need to get another one at Lowe's. I don't want the shelves falling down on DD while she is sleeping.

Yes. It's the ham that does it. MMMMMM. And I like a lot of pepper in it,and salt of course. Makes me hungry thinking about it. Mickey, I'll have to share a bowl with you. Wonder if we cann get some on the cruise?

Well it did have ham, but it was still inedible. Maybe we are just not split pea kind of folks. Ds 4 wanted to take his ham to the sink to was off the soup.

Jaea loves pea soup - grandma makes it from scratch and she always asks for it. We just buy the canned version and I think we have tried every one. She doesn't like the thinner health food store ones -she likes the fatty stew variety. I can't et anywhere near it - even the smell gets me. ugh.
