also, I see in my own pictures the water looks "bluer"....instead of reg white/cream color marcite this is a "colored" pebbletec intended to change the water color. REALLY, the only reson we went with it was the fact it was lifetime warrantied for only $500 more. In person it makes it look green.....I'm so sorry to be complaining. and at this point I am just ready to be done...but we have spent SO much money on this and I feel it isn't up to standard. How do you know when you are just being picky? I feel a paver with a complete cracked line in it is unacceptable but what do I know?

Oh, Amy was online last night when I took care of Sophia and bed. I was so exhausted I went right to sleep too. She did post once that I saw.

We have both been just stretched thin to the max. Every meal has been take out or eat out too - which I don't like.

No football tomorrow night (FB on Saturday this week as our two teams play each other) but, we are going to meet DS at an upscale mall about an hour away for dinner at a place called "stir crazy" - good stir fry food. Cooked right in front of you, and you pick your own veggies and sauces. That meal I will like.

And, Carla and PJ, this Mall (Legacy Village) has an Apple store! Woohoo!

It is bad to have to fire someone. But it is also bad for your other employees to have to deal with an incompetent colleague! It is is a necessary evil...there are some people who have a hard time firing employees...but it is bad for others to have someone who needs to be fired around! It also is a wake up call for your other workers.

Not only is it hard to have to fire someone but with the ability for anyone to sue for any reason firing marginal to poor employees can be costly. Even when you cross all your t's and dot your i's a suit is almost inevitable.
