I am sure. They recently fired one of my DHs coworkers for Drug use. He was caught once and then after getting the all clear from a DR was allowed back at work (I thought he should have been fired right away...but that isn't policy....the whole lawsuit thing.) About 2 weeks after he was back, the guys had another "random" drug screening. He was found using and then he was fired. There are less than 10 employees where my DH works. You just can't do that kind of stuff and not be found out.brack said:Not only is it hard to have to fire someone but with the ability for anyone to sue for any reason firing marginal to poor employees can be costly.
