I'm guessing it was an LVAD (left ventricular assist device).
Still unrealistic medicine, but better than me thinking they just made a heart transplant decision within the hospital.
DH would go crazy or simply leave the room shaking his head (like he does with ER.)

Watching Rachael Ray's talk show for the first time. She made a lasagna using cheese ravioli (use the ravioli instead of the lasagna noodles and cheese layer). Sounds easy and yummy.

I AGREE!!! I used to watch ER but Grey's is so much better!

I think in the end Meredith will end up with McDreamy but I prefer McVet for her. I do feel bad for Addison though because no matter what I don’t think it looks good for her at all.

I prefer McDreamy any day! As for Addison...give her McVet!

I kind of like the girl George is with but I don’t think she is the right girl for him or course I don’t think Meredith is either. It seems like I am the only one. I don’t think they will last too far into Season 3.

Nah...she is a total bore! I agree that they do not belong together!

I am very interested to see how Karev and Izzie end up this season. He was so great with her at the end of season 2. I know he can be such a jerk but I kind of like them together.

He is a jerk but there is that soft side that I kind of like! I think there is alot of tension and passion between those two!

See now formal dresses don't fall under that $1.99 price. I have a formal gown i need to take in so i'll see if that's where they kill you. (my dress just needs the skirt lightly steamed and the top dry cleaned (darn that no-show deoderant)

Got a medium sized embroidery hoop and center your fabric in it. It will hold the fabric more taut (sp?) and the characters will sign exactly where you want them to.

I can just see me asking DH Here hun can you hold this fora a min, I need to get something out of my bag. Ya right, he already thinks I'm obsessed, as if that is a bd thing.

There's no way i would risk giving birth at home, in my car, or maybe worse in a store or somewhere else. What is the doctor thinking?

for your DSIL and her almost here son.

She actually has very good doctors...but since she hasn't progressed in the last week they figure they will let her hang in a little longer. I am just worried about her. I was in the delivery room with her for child #2 and she literally fell out! I was filled with Jealousy! Seriously...it was scary. They bed wasn't broken down and the doctor wasn't even in the room. She said. I need help and plop...there she was! I can't believe they sent her home...

Wow Brandi! P&PD to your SIL. I think if I was her I would have refused to leave the doctor's office. That has got to be the scariest feeling. I hope someone is always there with her other than her kids until she has her baby.

Did anyone else see the Wonder is getting a toddler splash water zone thing in drydock. I really wish they could add that to the Magic before our cruise but I know it won't happen. Lisa - Can you get your people to work on this for us?

We don't work in an office building but in an office park. So, we have to provide our own "facilities". Well, even though there are only 7 of us, I get my own bathroom. We put a sign on it that says "Women" but I really wanted one that says "Patsy".

In my old office, it was mostly guys and they only had one stall (that didn't work half the time.) Supposedly their bathroom was dirty and smelled too.
(gee wonder why?)

Well at one point we only had 5-6 females (while there were 20 guys) and two stalls (and nice hand soap and stuff because we brought it in ourselves) so the guys would knock first and then come use our bathroom at times.
