For DH vest, do ya think i can get a way with minimum sewign if I get that faux leather stuff?

I haven't sewn in years, but I would think a vest would be pretty easy. I rented one at the local costume shop for DrHug first time we dressed for Pirate Night.

Has anyone rented a bicycle? It says the kids have to ride alone if they don't fit into the chair - we are still riding with training wheels. I can't believe they don't have bikes to accomodate this age group.

Hmmmmm. I would bring some training wheels and a small crescent wrench. I am betting you could sneak them on somewhere.

....so I decide to take advantage of this mood....we do a whole bunch of searching and

....voila....we have now ordered a really cool pirate shirt for him....I'm gonna make the rest of his costumes....

...both of my boys wanted Jack Sparrow Costumes...found some for about $27...not bad...ordered those...

and now - we're really gonna do it.

something I thought I'd have to wrestle with...they are all going along with.

Very cool! My DS is planning to be Jack Sparrow. We got his costume at The Disney Store, we even got him the wig and I'll probably order the goatee online. DD, DH and I also have some costumes we picked up online. I can't wait for pirate night.
