Becka, I can vouch for John having "that look" with the kids. He can make DD think twice. She may go back to doing what she was doing....but she does stop. She did take to both John and Amy very quickly though...which surprised me. Not because of them but because of how clingy she has been with us...especially when she was 4. One night we were going to have her go to the club with their DD while we tried out Palo for the first time. We walked into Lumiere's with her after dropping DS off at the club and found their DD fast asleep on a chair at the table. We were ready to cancel Palo but they said she could sit down and before I knew it she was ordering a Mickey bar. I'm sure that Rudy & Marco pampered her as well. We found them on deck 9 after dinner dancing to the band by the Goofy pool after dinner.

John, don't you love it that other kids get scared of your look but your daughter laughs? Nice respect huh... DD does that with my dad the math professor. Students are petrified, but if she asks for ice cream for breakfast, no problem... I think the students are stunned...

And what is with the pie in the face on BB?

Hey Everyone. I am catching up and posting...we had my DParents over for dinner tonight and then we played cards. It is our normal Sunday evening ritual. I spent HOURS cleaning DDs bedroom. It looks awesome! I had so much stuff in there...now it is all hers! It is totally baby proofed so she can actually play in her own room!

She started to poke at her and my husband went "MYA"...not yelling but in a stern voice. She started to cry and would not talk or look at him for literally a month!!!!! She is shy to begin with but this was extreme!

John - my DH wants to join the Dis Challenge. I don't know how well we will do...we have been dieting for months!!! He already lost over 30 pounds. We want to go for a walk everynight after he gets home from work.

DD will cry when I give her the voice but before she starts to cry she usually smirks a little bit. She is a real piece of work. I am very scared of what our lives are going to be life in 10-12 years when she hits those pre-teen/teen years!

If I yell at our son he will give me the saddest look ever and say..."but Mama I love you, stop talking at me like that!"

I think it must be the mustache. I have friends who run the juvenile detention center and they have goatees just to look scarier. On purpose! And they are big anyway. You should see those big men with thier babies though... gaga goo goo...
