I went to change DD for bed and DH turned the TV over to the National Gymanstics championships. DD sat there just mesmerized. She then started sitting there and waving her arms around like they do on the balance beam, etc. She then got down on the floor and started jumping at the same time. She is still sitting there watching just mesmerized....

I am watching swordfish on TNT, creepy movie.... Did I tell you I lost a filling in NYC and my dentist is out until the 28th. It is starting to hurt, anyone know how long I can wait?

I loved it! Did you read those books. It was a series and I think the first one was called the rapture. Tim Lahaye? I think that is one of the authors?

They did a movie, I think Doogie howser was in it, but I could be wrong..

Brandi - Why does it not suprised me that your DH cannot spell either! I don't know how you can stand it. I am not the world's best speller but my DH can barely spell the kids' names. I think part of the reason it drives me crazy is because I know just how intelligent he is and while I know spelling is not an indicator of intelligence it just seems like the two should go together.

My DH had to ask me how we spell Eliza....like the first 5 times he wrote it!!!! It is annoying but I try my best not to let it bother me.

I never said it was a "guy thing". And if you think spelling is an indicator of intelligence then explain why my DH could not spell his way out of a paper sack but managed to get his chemistry degree WITHOUT studying.

You said it! I agree...some people have zero interest in how things are spelled!

I never really liked Stephen King. I have read Robin Cook in the past and his books scare the bejesus out of me! Stephen King's stuff never seemed like it could really happen by Robin Cooks did!
