I haven't played cards since college. We use to play hearts & spades. Then there was batgammon. (sp & too late to check it )

Card games are great. Have been plating Rummy with my BF the last few days during her visit. We also love Yahtzee and cribbage. DH and I play backgammon and Dominoes on occasion!

Nah, didn't mention it to him. He isn't in the best of moods. When I looked last month I had no idea what he would like.

We just booked our family on the Dec. 9th Costa Maya cruise. We are first time cruisers - well, except MIL.

We are all celebrating birthdays with 5's in them this year. MIL - 85, twins turned 5 and us - some ugh number with a 5 in it.

We will have the late seating. Cat. 7 - Deck 5. Haven't decided much else yet but we will be working on shore excursions. Any advice? The kids like to snorkel.

I'm truly scared now about the horrible tablemates thread - LOL.

Any other new cruisers on this cruise?

Welcome, Elaine! Once you have a chance to catch up...you can think about joining the group for dinner. At least you will know that your tablemates will be crazy before the cruise. We have group excursions set up in CM & Cozumel. Basic info is in the first post of this thread. There is also information about our group website where everything is kept up with as far as planning.

Maybe we will all get to play cards together guys. I like phase 10 also. I don't have anyone to play backgammon with anymore. We play the mexican train domino game. WEll just checking in before I head to bed. I have a long day of nothing ahead of me tomorrow. Really I need to clean the house and wash cloths, and dishes.


How many washes do we have left anyway

I heard you can with backgammon but I have never ventured to any of them

Lisa, they had great bubble clearence sales when we were there last saterday.

I also bought little bubbles for the cruise. I think I have like 60 bottles, You can add that to the web page
