also - I am not sure about the iron ons...I don't even think we own an iron! I can be crafty but it usually takes me 10 or more tries to get it right!

At least I won't be lugging bottles on this cruise - baby bottles that is!! Yippee!!

I'm trying to find the packing list now...I thought I had it saved in Excel.

I think on CC we are going to try and find the adult beach since we have two days there. I hate leaving the girls on the ship especially at the beach since they love it so. But cruised twice and have yet to see it!!

We were thinking the same thing. I was thinking one morning we could leave DD on the ship and take DS to the club and check out SB. I know the kids love the beach so I might feel too guilty but maybe on the second day it won't be so bad - it might depend on how CC day #1 goes.

does everyone already have their Palo brunch and dinner days picked out?

We are going to try for Palo dinner on Monday night (formal night) and since we don't want to do brunch the same day we will try to get brunch on Thursday.

I am hoping that our DS will want to go into the club. DD will be signed up a few times for flounders. I don't think we will be doing the wine and cheese. There is just only so much you can do!

with this being a different itinerary than last year I am all confused on the best days to do the dinners/brunch and what meal to miss in the regular rotational restaurant.

Becka - we'll definitely have to meet up on board...your DS and my DD will be in the 3-4 year group together and both our DD's will be in FLounder's!!

Is your son 4 already? Samantha will be 4 on Halloween and Haley will be 2 on 2/10/07.....:)

We won't be doing Palo dinner. I love eating in the dining room too much. We are planning on taking the kids to dinner every night than taking DS to the club after the show.

Brandi - your son will be in the 3-4 too!!
If everyone is going to the terminal meet - the kids can at least get used to the new faces and have made a friend before getting to the club! It seems this year there are more younger kids whereas last year I don't recall there being too many little ones.

The only rotational restaurant we don't want to miss is AP. DS loved it and still talks about it so we can't miss it.

Nathan turned 4 this past May and Allie will turn 2 on 1/24. I hope to be at the meet in the terminal so we can all meet. DS plans on being in the clubs a lot right now but I am sure he will take a break for the Mickey pool.

My kids go to bed early so we had dinner and then the show and they went to bed right after that. I hope to do all the matinee shows this year so we can do some family stuff after dinner this year.

I know what you mean Brandi. DD 3 was 2 when we were on the Wonder in Sept. She called Flounders "her" club since her sisters' had their own. But she really wanted to go to the big kid club. Well, when we decided to go in January, she would be a week shy of 3. I pretty much bribed her into total potty training by saying she could go in the big kid club. She did it, but when it came to the club, she didn't like it so much. By the middle of the week she didn't want to go back. When I ask her about going now she says no!

The only difference for us is the Palo dinner night. It just flips from Wednesday to Tuesday.

We want to do Palo on Sunday night. We don't want to miss any of the special menus or formal night (want to dine with our kids on formal) and since the clubs aren't open on saturday sunday becomes our only real option. I'm hoping for PLA rotation since Lumiere's is the only menu that doesn't really impress me.

The clubs are now open for drop offs on Saturday. This was about a month ago.

The wine & cheese is something that we did last cruise and it was alot of fun. We have talked about adding the progressive stateroom tour to it from other cruise group's success with it. Kim is currently hosting it in their cat 3...possibly her waitlist will come thru for a 1 or 2. :wizard: It is on our DIS meet schedule on the website. :)

Thank you! :)

Now I am dealing with the pile of ironing. :( Clothes didn't get dried over the weekend so I have a ton to do. I just can't stand putting on something that wrinkled. I never use to iron. About a year ago I noticed that the clothes were more wrinkled. :(

I absolutely LOVE Downy wrinkle release spray. I never iron. I use that on t-shirts and they look nice and crisp. :)

Brandi and Caroline - I hope your kids enjoy the clubs. Nathan really enjoyed them on our February cruise but he is used to being in full-time daycare and he has always adjusted to new situations very well. He is not one to be scared of a new place. He usually jumps right in. It is a very nice personality trait when it comes to stuff like this. Maybe your kids will get along with DS and then they will feel more comfortable "knowing" other kids that are there. Like I said Nathan claims he is spending all of his time in the kids' club because he liked it so much last time.

Nathan wanted to know this weekend if he could get donuts delivered to our room every morning on the cruise. We had room service breakfast two days on our last cruise and he was very impressed. I was hoping to eat breakfast at the buffet/restaurants more on this trip but it looks like we will first need a donut delivery every morning. :)

I have never been able to get that stuff to work well.
