I am sitting here trying to figure out my DDP. I can't figure out where to use my TS credits. I have Boma and Sci-fi, have two TS left and Thursday night and Friday to still plan. Will in in epcot on Thursday night and at Magic Kingdom Friday day and BW Friday night.

ETA: Friday, BOMA breakfast, then over to MK for the main part of the day, just a snack for lunch, then CM's or 1900 PF for dinner? then over to JR at BW for DIS meet? Sound workable?

Well, I can't give a reliable opinion because frankly...I don't understand most of what you said! OK, I know about the JR at BW for the DIS meet. We'll be there! DDP? TS? (time share?) hmmmor is that table service? OH! Does that mean that DDP is Disney Dining Plan? LOL! We never use that & only did TS for the first time last trip so not much help since I have never eaten at either place. So...sorry can't help you there...but will see you at JRs!

When I started typing I really didn't know what it meant...seriously. I started to figure it out & didn't want to delete everything & look like a know it all...so I just kept typing like we were having a conversation. Speaking of DD...she tried to help me again tonight...wound up leaving alot of water on the kitchen floor. OY! I got it up with some dirty towels in the nearby laundry basket but had pains in my arm & shoulders again so curled up on the couch. The kids took turns rubbing my back. It eased up but is still there. I want a quick fix for this!

I didn't leave water all over the floor, but i did break the washing machine. It just stopped working at the beginning of the load with lot of water in the machine. Had to hand scope it out as we live in a condo. We use Sears Home service and we can't get someone in until next friday, agh!!!! I smells like burnt rubber, tech on phone says it sounds like the moter and pump. It is a twin unit, so the dryer still works, but no washing, Mom is mad. But I leave in the morning for a conference for work, won't be home until Sunday night late.

My oven died just before we left for DL but the burners were still working. HMMM had something to do with the water that boiled over and ran down inside, I think. I did not even try to deal with it until we got home. I called Sears service and they were scheduled to come out tomorrow, but I was talking with our DS in AZ (that would be Aaron's Daddy) and he told me to try pulling it out and unplugging it for a bit. He said that's what you do with cell phones, computers etc. Well, I think NOT! I cannot pull it out, so I thought about it for a day and then tried just turning off the circuit breaker to it! Turned it back on and PRESTO!! working oven! Cancel that $55 service call!!

SIX MONTHS!! We only have six more months to wait! Somebody get me some Depends!!!! I'm too excited to sleep!! Can one go six months without sleep??? I better go thru my stash and make sure I have all our cruise stuff packed. That would be snorkels, pirate gear, over the door shoe hanger, etc.

I think we will try DDP this trip also. Seems like a really good deal since it includes tax and tip. MMMMM Flame Tree at AK for CS. And fish and chips in England at Epcot. MMMMMM I can't wait. Snacks...

Here I have a day off from work and you guys are throwing all these acronyms at me. ???????? Disney is truly a world of its own...its own language...and its own addicts. Everytime I think I've got it figured out, someone throws another one out. At least I have the DCL disboards figured out...then I venture over to the community boards. - oh!!!

Its a great day here - I'm about to crank up the pool heater. I figured I'd dust a little, run the vacuum and then head outside!! Aaahhhh!!!! SUMMER!!!!

6 Months!!!

Just thought I would check in and do a little 6 months happy dance.

I took DS for his first official swim lesson yesterday afternoon and I was so embarrassed. There are only 4 kids in his beginners class and of course he is the only one not listening and causing trouble. He just wants to splash and play in the water rather than listen to the teacher. His teacher seems to have a great deal of patience and I am afraid she is going to need every ounce of it with DS. I kept trying to get his attention to tell him to knock it off but apparently my voice is in a frequency that he can't hear.

As I was sitting by the side of the pool being mortified by his behavior I kept thinking that maybe DH and I should go on this cruise by ourselves. Maybe I wouldn't feel so guilty after all....hmmmm

Penny, We did DDP over Memorial Day..... I'd try for Le'Cellier on Thurs night at Epcot. (Everyone from my group had a great meal there and service was good)

I wouldn't waste my time with 1900 PF. The food wasn't that good. Characters were just so,so. (when they came, we were shoved in the back room and felt more like an attraction for the lobby because of everyone staring in at us.) Do Chef Mickeys or LTT. (the meats at LTT were really good and we loved the hot apple cobble dessert with vanilla IC.)

Or just wait until Fri Night and use your credit at the BW area..... The food at Big River Grill looked good. (Our balcony overlooked the restaurant.) or do Spoodles or come eat dinner with us at Beaches and Cream that night before JR's. (mmmmm No way Jose....)

Karen, you & I can be totally lost together. I'm the same way with WDW. LOL! We make it easy in the parks. When we are at MK we go to Sonic Ray's. When we are at MGM we go to the ABC Commissary. We don't have to worry about making resies.

Howdy Y'all. We are taking DD to Tifton for Grandma Camp this weekend. We are also taking Norm the amazing diabetic cat on the trip because he can't go more than 24 hours without his shot. (4 hours in a car with a cat, wish me luck!) It's a good thing he's so sweet.

Becka, I had all kinds of trouble with DD and swimming. I finally told her I wouldn't take her to a swim park until she would go underwater. Then there was a big improvement.

I don't have any real news. I just wanted to see the count down ticker at 6 months.



I am soooo ready to go!
