Did you have a waitlist for VWL? What size room, what dates? I have a waitlist for VWL for a studio for December 5-9th.

Did not have to waitlist....we only needed a 1BR for Friday Dec. 8th. Probably got it because that it was just one night and a high points night. I also called right at 7 months.

I've got my fingers crossed for your waitlist....hope it comes through!

The prices look INCREDIBLE!!! Tshirts are very inexpensive & they have bags & anything else that you might want too!!! I am trying to find out how to get a design approved & what their specs are. HELP!!!

I just sent an email with the last design that is on the website to them to see if it could be done. The screen print set up is $40. We would have to place the order together & then either hand out the shirts at WDW when we meet up or ship them out. I can fit quite a few tshirts in a flat rate PM envie or it wont cost much to ship them out first class.

Ok, I am a chicken, wanted to do 1900 that night, but didn't want to do a character meal alone. If you all make plans, can I tag along? Right now I have booked at Concourse Steakhouse, just so I can hear Chef Mickey's, so dorky, lol.

Actually, we would be with John & his family so 8 more. That is with Cindy, Prince C, FGM, Susie & Perla. Do you think that they would let you add so many? We are going to make plans this weekend but 1900 sounds like it is very high on the list. Let us know if you are able to do this! We will be on the dining plan if that makes a difference. That would be a great chance for the girls to get to know each other with the parents still close by. The JR meet doesn't start until 8. I think that we will probably leave by 10 so that we can get an early start in the morning.

Forgot to post that we went to Target earlier & all of their dollar spot items were 50%. Lots of lobster things but no bibs. I did manage to grab a couple boxes of lobster gems for semiformal night though.

You know, I have no idea. The most I have every booked for is 7. If you decide to go, what may work is if you make a reservation for your group, I can add pj to mine and because we are staying at the hotel, I will ask them to put our tables together. That way, people can add and drop as necessary and you all can decide when and what you want to do. I think adding pj would be really easy so that is not a problem anytime.

Talk amongst yourselves. We are fine with whatever. We are also fine just meeting you all later if you want to go somewhere else.

I never saw or heard of them before today. They are little lobsters made of red plastic (glass like). I will take a picture of one tomorrow & post it. I really have to get to bed now. I've been up until 2 am the past two nights.

oh yes we are going. Do you guys want me to ask the concierge for "x" tickets when we get on board that way we can all be together? We can just get a list of who wants to go right before and I will ask then. If it works, great, if not, everyone can just ask when they get on.

The times wont be on the navigators but you can pick up tickets at GS on Saturday after you board. I will add a list on the DIS meets page.
