I know that we really did not get as much snow as some but this is our backyard and poor JoJo. The snow has a coating of ice on it so his feet slip out from under him.

We are now officially at our limit of 5. Any more, and they will either have to make it up, or the state will have to give them a bye.

I also have the Princess Storybook Breakfast in Norway scheduled for one of the mornings. I was debating changing that one. Our August trip is all about the kids. We are doing almost all character dining. Here is our schedule:
Aug. 12 – Chef Mickey 5:00
Aug. 13 – Garden Grill 5:00
Aug. 14 – Hollywood and Vine 12:15
Aug. 15 – Boatwright’s Dining Hall 5:00
Aug. 16 – Akershus – Norway 8:30
Biergarten – Germany 5:05
Aug. 17 – Crystal Palace – 5:05
Aug. 18 – Cinderella’s Royal Table 10:10

We have free dining because we rebooked when we were there in December. We are paying for CRT out of pocket. I was wondering if we should ditch Akershus and add a Dinner on the 11th. That is the day we are arriving.

We really LIKED Norway for Lunch!

If I were to change anything, you might consider changing one of the buffets for dinner at Canada . . . we really like Le Celier.

I would really look at the overlap of characters - you have several which are Mickey, Fab 5, Chip and Dale. well Chef Mickey and Garden Grill. Chef Mickey is really chaotic, although you are going early. CRT and Norway also overlap although you don't get to eat in the castle when at Norway. The photo with Cinderella is hardly free - you are paying an exorbitant price for your meal with pic. I also find the meals there to be really chaotic too.

You can see Cinderella at 1900 Park (dinner) with the Prince and the rest of the Princesses at Norway.

I Love Crystal Palace and the food is good. We saw Little Einstein etc. last year at Hollywood and Vine - it was cute and at least a new and different group of characters.

Stitich at Ohana is something to consider too.

CRT and Chef Mickey really suffer from their popularity.

I also thought about the overlap of the fab 5 and chip and dale on the first two days but I want Chef Mickey's and my DH really wants to try Garden Grill - we never ate there. I am excited about the Little Ensteins because I know Jake will love that meal. He adores that show!!!! We have only ever done 1 or 2 character meals per trip but since Jake is so into them and will want to wait in line to see them otherwise we decided to go character meal crazy!

We do Le Cellier every trip. We also love it there. Part of why we picked so many buffets is because if the kids are actually eating instead of waiting they are happier....so....

the menus are on allears - I believe they have watered down the menu/Americanized it. I think they can always get the kids chicken nuggets at any restaurant even if it isn't on the menu.

I saw that too!!! I can't believe that they would write the Grey off of Grey's Anatomy. That should give her some sort of job security. If she leaves & the other guy stays, they are going to have an uproar. Also, why is Issy turning into such a witch? I couldn't believe that she said that to George when they were upset about Meridith.

Oh Lisa - I'm so sorry! Although I can't imagine any hairstyle that would look bad on you... is it really short? You can put some gel in it and make it flip out all wild and sporty! I love that look -- I just can't imagine myself carrying it off....
