Well, the BEST smarties do!!! I know that now thanks to PJ. :) Unfortunantly I can't help the kids when they ask for Auntie PJ's candy. :sad2:

I think I have your address somewhere, in my card collection,;) .

Just so everyone is aware DH does not normally have to do everything in the morning by himself. Typically we wake up and he gets the kids breakfast (cereal, waffles, etc.) and he eats with them (I don't eat breakfast). I get ready and dressed for work while they eat and then after they eat they get them dressed. I come in after I have finished getting dressed and take over wherever he may be so he can get ready. Sometimes they are still eating, other times they are in the middle of dressing and sometimes they are already dressed so it is not as if he has to dress them everyday but I will admit that most of the time they are ready to get dressed before I am finished. I usually finish them up by finding shoes (that are always lost....I think they walk off by themselves), gather coats, finishing with their hair, wiping faces/hands, gather extra needed stuff for school, etc.. before we leave.

DrHug did prepare a meal for the kids once when I had a miscarriage. He opened a can of spaghetti and put it in a sauce pan, opened a can of hash and dumped that on top of the spaghetti, the topped the whole thing off with some cheese. I said, uh, no thanks, I'm not really hungry. Nope, I did not ask him to get breakfast for them, although he can do a pretty mean bowl of cereal! There are things he does better and easier and things I do better and easier. He does not ask me to figure out why some mechanical piece of equipment is not working (computer, car, washer, etc) and I don't ask him to feed or dress kids. It works well for us, we are both happy doing what comes easier for us.

UGH! I am falling asleep here. :( DD woke me up at 2:30 this morning to wipe her butt. I needed to do more than that. The poor thing had it plastered to her and the skin was already red and blistering. I moved her to her bed and smelled something upstairs but couldn't pinpoint what it was. I don't thing anything had happened yet because holding her would have made me get the source quickly. I guess she would have slept thru the night in her bed. I tossed the diaper rash ointment a few months ago when I cleaned out the cabinet so I couldn't get anything until I took DS to school. Kaitlyn got cleaned up even more & aired out with a good coating of cream for an hour before I took her to school. She said that she didn't feel sick & doesn't have a fever and ate breakfast so I am just going to keep the phone by the bed just in case. I sure don't miss cloth diapers!!!

Oh, for Kaitlyn. One for you too! ;)

How come both of you are at home? LOL. Isn't it only 4:30p out there

Hey, who taught you how to cook Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and French Toast? And that stuff was good. Yummy is the right word.:scared1: er, I mean :rotfl2: And what about my omelettes? HUH? Besides, I'm sick!

I could give up candy for fried pork skins! :cool1:

eeewwww! Nope, this is where we part ways, Brack! We tried that protein diet stuff and pork rinds were something we could have. Bought one bag, threw half away.

See, I knew it. :lmao: Yes, Sweet Man your omelets are yummy, however they take you a LONG time to make and you could not get them made, served to 3 kids and get you all out the door dressed appropriately in time for school and work.
