:scratchin I won't ask....

Yeah . . . well I knew you would . . .

When I set up my .Mac account for others to access, it was for pictures of Sophia, and she was still using her binky. It was the first thing that popped into my head. Very innocent I can assure you.

I am also guessing that I gave out that password here about 50,000 or so posts ago when I posted show pictures from the last cruise.

I met with my Congressman today . . .

Don't ask Kim . . .

I gave it to him as much as I could, but I can't tell you that I got any further than I ever have. When I used to ask for funding and he was chairman of the committee, he would tell me there is no extra money, we have a war going on, now that I ask, he tells me to go ask the (Democrat) new chairman of the committee (who is from Wisconsin and is not my Congressman).

He told me he would sign the pledge, but did not sign it before I left. I told him to let me know as soon as he signed it. The office for the local paper called me today too, and I was nice and tried not to burn any bridges - you never know. We'll see if they print anything about this.

also see my edit from above...

...the cruise the year prior the envelope was given to me on the last night of the trip (Fri). I guess I thought that was the norm.

When we cruised in 2004, we got a Polaroid of Sarah in Flounder's with Stitch. He had come by for a visit - she had gotten dirty/wet or something so they had her in a diaper and a Remember the Magic shirt (it was huge on her)... I LOVE that picture. He's sitting down and she's curled up in his lap. They even sent her clothes out to be laundered... let us keep the shirt, and didn't charge us for laundry :)

Later that night, DH and DS ran into Stitch on their way back from the club to the dining room. They were all alone and Stitch held hands and skipped with Nick down deck 5. Ahhh... it's moments like that.... makes me wish we were back on board. (And because of that, DH now carries a camera ALL the time when we're on vacation).

I am breaking this post up . . . (see Brandi!)

Anyway, after all that I came back and changed and went to the Smithsonian. The museum I wanted to go to was closed (American History - ronovating until 2008) so I went to Natural History and Air and Space. I am a pretty quick person at museums, and got to see a lot.

Since Alex had told me how moving it was, I decided to walk down to the Holocaust Museum, and see if I could get in (you normally need to make a reservation). I got in, and spent the next two hours there. As I said, I am normally quick in museums, but in this one, I read as much as I could. It was moving, fascinating, and emotional.

The entire time I was there, I do not think I heard ONE person speak as they moved from exhibit to exhibit. Even the young children there were quiet. Everyone (when they are old enough) should have to go through that museum to see what human beings are capable of doing to each other.

The saddest thing was seeing the pictures of all the little children, who had no idea what was going to happen to them. So many souls lost to atrocity . . .

Well hun, it is a good thing you don't . . .

Anyhow, I have absolute firsthand knowledge from being here in Washington that being intelligent or well-spoken is not a necessary prerequisite to being elected to office.

:rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: And that covers all parties and ideologies! :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: :lmao:

Well,

I am going to go and grab some solo dinner.

Be back later.

John1 - What a nice video. Aaron wants to know where you got the music?

We knew it was Wishes but I guess we never knew there was a CD....I guess we should have known.... :)

Anyone have an extra Navigator from Saturday the 9th, or willing to scan one for me? My sister, Jonelle, asked if I had an extra. I told her I'd check with the "green people!" She's doing her scrapbook already ... yeah, just like I am.

Well guys . . .

My 24 hours of internet access runs out at 9:30, and I don't want to pay for another day since I am leaving DC tomorrow.

I'll check in again when I get home tomorrow.

Good luck to everyone trying to get a PC repo - we are letting DU do the work for us tomorrow!

I was surprised and happy to find it at World of Disney. I really like that show and the music.
