OK, now Savannah is crying! Loved the video John! She is seriously sobbing. I miss Sophia! I miss Kaitlyn! She wants to know if they are crying too.

Since Alex had told me how moving it was, I decided to walk down to the Holocaust Museum, and see if I could get in (you normally need to make a reservation). I got in, and spent the next two hours there. As I said, I am normally quick in museums, but in this one, I read as much as I could. It was moving, fascinating, and emotional.

The entire time I was there, I do not think I heard ONE person speak as they moved from exhibit to exhibit. Even the young children there were quiet. Everyone (when they are old enough) should have to go through that museum to see what human beings are capable of doing to each other.

The saddest thing was seeing the pictures of all the little children, who had no idea what was going to happen to them. So many souls lost to atrocity . . .

John I had the same experience there, I can't wait to go back. There is also a Holocaust Museum in Long Beach, CA. I hope to head to DC in 2009.

Tell her that Kaitlyn did cry when she watched the video. :(

I want to download all the remixes of "He's a Pirate" off of I-tunes and make a Pirate night slideshow :)

Good luck to all you cruise bookers tomorrow morning! We're not trying for Mexico, so I will try to call later on in the day to get my Dec08 booking.

John, I love it!

That's the resolution that I want to put my slideshow up in, but it took me over an hour to download... so I think I'll have to go the DVD route if I want to share with everyone.

Took a long time here too. I think it was a MAC thing...:surfweb: :rolleyes1

Thanks for the thoughts Joy. Maybe you can meet us in DL in August! :thumbsup2

Dina woke up and wanted me to read her a book. She has a stuffy nose and it hurts. I think it from all of the spackle dust around here. Ibrahim's plane came in and he should be home any minute.

OK someone please stop me. I (just for fun.. :rolleyes1) decided to look and see if the prices were up on DCL.com this morning. I priced the 12/06/08 Eastern cruise expecting it to be really high especially since we would now have to pay for Allie. A Cat 9 for the 4 of us would only be $3400 without insurance and transfers!!! We originally paid almost $3100 for our Cat 9 for the double dip and that was with the onboard booking discount and Allie being under 3. Am I crazy to be considering booking this? I am now telling myself that I should book it while the price is good and we can always cancel later if we decide it is still too early to consider cruising again. Allie would be almost 4 and Nathan would be 6. :scratchin

Hey Joy! What date in Dec 08 were you looking at?

Another question when will places like DU get their group rates available if they are going to have them? I checked the DU site and they had group rates for 2007 but none listed for 2008. The 12/01/07 cruise had group rates so what are the odds that there will be 12/06/08 group rates? What is the average savings on those? Anyone know?
