I think I won't be calling either, I think I may let DU handle it and transfer my res over....still unsure...anyone else going to do that?

V, I am doing it on my own. I am hopeful that they won't raise the prices the first day no matter how many bookings they get. It just doesn't seem right. If they do, I don't want DU to have transferred my booking and the price is too high that I don't want to do it.

So who is transferring their reservation to DU? I still am not quite sure I "get it".

Um...Vanessa, you guys are with the group stealing the Magic in May so that we can repossess it in August.

I'm still looking at that end of Nov 29, 08 if it stays an eastern since I haven't done that yet. Looks like I'm the only one not calling DCL on 1/31 I'll miss you guys!

Carla - The 11/29/08 is a regular Western. We were looking at that one but we want an Eastern and since there will not be many from our group there is no reason for us to book that one. If we cruise DCL at all in '08 it may be a 3 or 4 nighter or the 12/6 Eastern. I think we have about decided that our DCL cruising days are through for many more years. I figure by the time there is a good itinerary for us on a good date the price will be far more than we can afford.

Someone asked me what it was. Their kid got it for xmas and threw away the box and wrapper and instructions and they need to know what it is.....

Supposedly, you push a button and it changes colors...

hi Andy - that looks a little like the IZ toys that McD was giving out a few weeks ago. You press the stomach or turn the ears and legs and he lights up or makes music. That one only seems to have the stomach button not moving legs or arms. don't know if they are related or not.

You all know us Westbounders are going to take Bobby along for the crossing - can't leave the poor banana guy at home . . .

Since there are Eastbounders in our group too, think we can find some California digs for Bobby so that he can make the crossing both ways?

Maybe we could hide him and make him one of those "geocaches"?

Looking for ideas, and I saw Andy is back around and alive!

Yes we're Disr's all right....

Anyone hear from Brack lately...He was going to take bobby to WV (to marry a sister or cousin) or maybe Ocean City next week.

Bobby needs a trip report..... I'll could work on it during those couple weeks i'll be at home recuperating next month. If anyone has any choice pics or stories they'd like to contribute let me know....

Well, after going over all the new itineraries with DH (and he's still adamant about not cruising for over 7 days.... apparently he doesn't like to sway that much... said it took 3 weeks to get his land legs back).... we've decided to skip Mexico and go back to the original plan... Dec 2008, Eastern itin.

So we'll be transferring our deposit to the 12/6 Eastern.

Unless I win the lottery and can afford to cruise more often than every 2 years....
