I am really excited at the Panama Canal prospect....! I can't wait for the announcement!

Lisa, I think every place has its "moments." We got a free meal at Olive Garden once when we were the only table not getting served. I think Amanda was around 3 then and was not taking it very well.

Speaking of "moments" in a restaurant:

On our recent 5,000+ mile vacation we traveled back to Oklahoma City for a wedding. While there we visited one of my favorite eating places .... Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville. (love the hamburgers)

I order a Cheeseburger-in-Paradise with sweet potato chips. The plate arrives looking great except for ...... no hamburger or cheese! The waitress comes back and asks how was everything. I said great except that I had no burger on my hamburger. She gasped but instead of getting me the burger she calls over the manager. (I think maybe at first she thought that I had eaten it and was trying to pull one.) The manager was astonished as well and when he looked it was plain to see it had never had a burger on it (no grease).

He apologized, brought me a new one and it was free.

It was funny though. We laughed about the new "healthy" style burger. The Chick-Fil-A cows would be proud
