She said that they can't pull the tables across the dining room as well in the other sections so they put the larger parties in that area. We are all next to each other in two of the dining rooms and just a few tables a little ways in the other. :thumbsup2 She is such a nice person to talk to. I told her about our plans & she wishes she could come.

I wonder who those people are in the "few tables"? Boy won't they be suprised! :lmao:

Primarily in Baltimore, some in Harrisburg, PA; sometimes in D.C. A new possibility is in Winchester, VA. You know how it goes.....wherever there's work. He's a construction nomad. :rotfl:

Always can use architects. You wanna work on the cruise? :lmao:

Our office is in Frederick. We do office buildings, churches, whatever....

Umm work on the cruise. Not really. :rolleyes1

Well folks, I have some very dissapointing news.

I'm back to my original plan to bring Lysol with me to spray down our rooms! I still don't know if the can will explode on the plane or not though. :confused3

hmmm...I'd be careful. The can might not do so well in the hold of the plane and I don't think they'll allow that in carryon...

Can you check the TSA website to see what they say? :confused3

have you guys cruised before? Our first cruise was throw up city. the first night was extremely rough. the servers kept the wine buckets around for people to use. during dinner something large crashed in the back room. I ended up having to take dramimine (sp). the next morning the captain made a general announcement aplogizing for the rough seas. he said he was even out cleaning up places where people had gotten sick. the next cruise we went on didn't have any rough seas. I hope we avoid them this time also.

This is our first cruise. I know I'm really taking a gamble with DD's fears so I hope we have calm seas and everyone stays healthy. We made sure to book a mid ship cabin because I've heard they are less likely to feel the waves. I've also loaded up on dramamine, ginger capsules, sea bands, benedryl, pepto, phenegran, etc... Hopefully I've covered all the bases.

Just have to ask.... What is a hysterical renovation?

HISTORICAL. We call it that too....its because of all of the folk who live in town do not want to see an old building torn down or changed...they are usually very neurotic about the restrictions...color of paint, type of wood used, etc etc...

I have heard some doosy stories about stuff that made no sense at all....

"Oh, that garage is old and even though it is made of beatup concrete block and has rotting wood all over, it was from an age of significance...it was built during the great tire-retreading era of the last century and may be historical." :furious: !!!!!

She did say that she had put two non DIS families to fill in a couple stations. We laughed about that. She said that they would just join in the fun. I said that if not, they would be eating at TS alot. :lmao:

It says "yes" that aerosol cans can be in checked baggage (and carry on if less than 3 oz.) I'm still iffy about it so I may just pick up a can when we stop for bottled water. :confused3

How do you get your buddy list to show up? I finally got around to creating one and have no clue where to see it. :confused3

Click on Quick Links on the right side of the red bar at the top of the page then drag down to buddy list. :)

Hi everyone :wave2:

Kristina - in my fly by reading, I must have missed what caused you to go in for a sleep test. Are you having trouble sleeping? Hope all is well. If you are still having trouble next week, I'll offer my boys to you for a few hours, they are guaranteed to wear you out so you can sleep.
