DD talked DH into Rainforest. Of course the waiter was odd and absent and the entrees were bad. We typically have pretty good luck so that was a bummer. Especially with DH joining us.

It was pretty chilly at the parade. Not too bad though, around 45, but a bit windy. We got a spot right by the judges stand. Never stood there before, but then again, Dina has never been to a parade!

When we got to the parade spot, about 4:45, there was an empty chair next to us. Lots of people line up with chairs. No problem. About 15 minutes later, a lady shows up and sits in the chair. Ok. The kids were searching for people they knew and a friend of mine found us so we were chatting while the girls talked with her DD. About 15 minutes later, 3 other girls, women, not sure, came up and stood next to the chair and in front of me where my DDs had been standing. Ummm, excuse me, my little DDs are standing there....

Got my $20 of stuff and have my certificate for free POTC DMC on tuesday...

I wish we had a Giant here! Loved the store by DH when he was up there. We still have a couple movie tickets left to use after the cruise.

Nathan just finished his 5th and final dose of Zithromax and not a tear was involved....it is a pre-cruise miracle. Now I just need to finish my penicillan and hopefully we all can be completely cured.

We have to get a new kitten for the tree every year because the old one smells funky after being in storage.

What is the cruise packing rule? Pack everything then take back out half of what you have packed? I keep looking at all of this stuff and it just seems like so much....

I don't do that. I don't want to do laundry on the ship. I did the first cruise.
