Hi from the Hyatt at the airport!

We made it in with no problems last night. Can't believe it's sail away day TODAY!!!

See you soon!

Good morning! Everyone is talking about the cold weather... hey, it was in the single digits when we left; I'll take this!

We are at the Country Inn & Suites. It has a really neat little "room" for the kids with a twin and a set of bunks. THey even have their own tv! :Pinkbounc If they had gotten here on time they could have enjoyed it a little more.
You are beside us Caroline. I think that is the hotel beside the Residence Inn isn't it?

Ok crisis mode. Can you sail with a cold? Who do I call at DCL to ask? I took her to the doctors - Wednesday - before we left because of that croupy cough and her allergies. He tested her for step just because we are cruising and no step (phew) but said now is cold time so due to allergies more suseptible. Sure enough Thursday sniffles. So while it is much better this morning she still has a cold.

I do not know, so take this simply as a gut feeling. As long as no one is throwing up in the terminal or extremely feverish or coughing up a lung, I'm guessing it's OK.

Never had a fever, she coughs but not the croupy one anymore. She's allergic to dust and mites like me so coughing isn't uncommon for us in the winter (which stinks). It's that kid can't blow nose well enough and keeps sniffing. Not a runny nose really - it's that post nasal drip phlemy thing when you are sleeping only from cold vs. our allergies.

She lost a tooth and the tooth fairy came. She was so exciting this morning! The tooth fairy left her 3 gold coins in her disney crocs.

Its so difficult because I would send her to school this morning and I would never send her if she was sick. The doctor mentioned its gastroillness they are really concerned with - which she doesn't have.

Flannel polka dot pants and a T-shirt here! :thumbsup2
black oversized t here. Gee, I guess my attire won't work. I wish I had my sweats.

Oh DH is up - going into the bathroom. I should make a run for it with DD and go downstairs to find something. She's a kid she can wear a nightgown.

DD and I are making a run for it while DH is in the bathroom. She's going to wear nightgown. I'm throwing on pants and a jacket. We'll look lovely.

I saw the logo on a couple of shirts at breakfast. One gentleman with his daughter I said "oh I love your shirt and the logo in the front" (tree with mickey et all). he looked at me cautiously like "Lady its too early". LOL!!!

I told my husband "See those logos. Those are the ones to avoid" :rotfl:

I met Karen and family at breakfast (she was wearing the green shirt to tip me off!)

It's getting closer!
