Hello again,
You know, I spend a few quality hours with my children, taking one to a Brownie meeting and two to their indoor field hockey games, come home to catch up and get completely confused by people saying Andy got another when it's clear that Mickey got it.

So people, whatever you did... don't do it again. I think Lisa had to work hard (and her Santa is missing). And those of us who have to play catch-up are confused. And, just think, Becka and Brandi are medicated now. They may start to twitch.

Thankfully I save the twitching for bad math! However, I am medicated so beware.....

I am going to ask DH tonight if he still wants to go. I think my issue is enjoying ourselves while trying to keep the girls entertained. I had high hopes but the way they have been acting and bickering lately might be a chore.

And even though my dad is coming I don't want to dump them off with him all the time either. We are still all getting to know one another. I only met him 6 years ago...so if he acts shocked at my craziness....he is!

So last night I was reading John what I had so far in my pretrip report. He does not like his pirate name I gave him. HELLO, it's my report dear, if you would like to pen your own then you can make up whatever name you want.

You have a pre-trip report? Do you just post a link to this thread? Am I already mentioned in such a way that my family would be embarrassed?

Congrats... I know you were one of the first to book near when i did. Did you originally book a cat 6 GTY or did they just change you?

Ok, someone needs to have my husband sit at thier table, he is no longer welcome at mine.
He just called taunting me that he won his division (FF), well yippe...you had a CRAPPY DIVISION DEAR, I would have won if I was in your division.
Then the documents came. He was opening them, I told him they are addressed to me and I had to get off the phone to report him to the USPS as opening someone else's mail is a felony.

I am so happy for you that your documents came!!! Now where are mine?????

Maybe we can offer Caroline a dinner safe haven when her DH finds out the extent of her secret double life?

I am back from the doctor.

Diagnosis: Strep Throat

The doctor is treating me and Nathan right now (he was complaining of a sore throat earlier). She will call in a prescription for DH if he shows any symptoms and apparently Allie is too young to get strep.

I am glad I went in and I am also thankful that this should be cleared up before our trip. I hope the antibiotics kick in soon.

Well the good news is that after being on antibiotics for 24 hours you are no longer contagious and after 48 hours you'll feel a TON better!!!

I have sooooo wanted to buy a big granny bra, hand it to the TSA checking Andy in and tell them to hand it to him after he goes thru security and tell him that it fell out of his bag...

Allie is too young to get strep.

Not true....
I had strep a couple times while DD was 1. DH and i had it together the first time. (DD was 18 mo) The Dr asked about kids but fortunately DD was already on antibiotics at the time. They asked which kind and said that what she was on would protect her from us. (She had that cool infantile asthma kinda stuff from the ages of 1 to 3 and we were frequent flyers at the ped's office and she was always on some med.)

The next two times she was older and it was only me who caught it.
