We are bringing a bottle of "Great Uncle Cornelius Finest Spiced Ginger". We will mix this with 7-up and make "real" gingerale for him. Not sure what kind they have on the ship. We will have plenty to share if you'd like since it only takes a little.

I don't mind paying the standard duty, but paying $10 for some guy to say, yes pay duties and then $30 for some company I didn't authorize to facilitate the duties guys, erks me to no end!

Bigger isn't necessarily better. Now that the ailrines have been cracking down on the 50 Lb rule... When i use my largest suitcase, It's really tough keeping the weight under 50. I mean it fits so much....

This is why i think we might need 8 suitcases instead of 6....

8?? Wow! For the five of us I was thinking we would get away with about 4, with maybe 1 carry-on. But I haven't started packing yet.

No, it is a bottle. About the size of a wine bottle. We got it at the Blue Heron at Tillamook on one of our trips to the coast.

DrHug says yes, it will help with motion sickness, is safe for kids - except those that have asthma - but it will make them very drowsy.
