Well , the big plan this weekend is to start getting Christmas decorations out and up ...We have a tradition here - everything goes up before Thanksgiving , then on Thanksgiving night after dinner and dessert we have the celebration of turning on all the Christmas lights ...Though this year will be a little lite considering we we be going on some cruise thing .. :lmao: :rotfl2: - Still have to get T shirts done and still have some door signs to work on ...okay , the stress is starting to mount its getting closer ....

We do the exact same thing!!! My Dh was out putting up lights yesterday. He will put up more today. We put up a serious amount of lights!!! I asked him if we would lite them even when we are away. His answer...they Kline's do not need to be home to be festive!

I shipped my box yesterday. It has all of my goodie bags for the kids and the pencils. Tink gifts for my kids. Birthday decorations for my DH. A string of Christmas lights. Also a few other little items. It was 17 pounds and cost $14 something to ship! I am glad that is 17 pounds of stuff I don't need to drag around!

I uploaded 28 things to Ebay yesterday. I also almost finished my cookbook scrapbooks!

Cute! I just can't justify spending that much for my kids. They grow out of them so quickly!
So get a pair for yourself!!!!!

So what do you do if you don't have a baster?? :confused3
Go buy one...they are cheap! If you don't have time to go and buy one...um...use a spoon :confused3 .

OMG, I pulled a major V yesterday.
The game was at 3:30, my mom did not get here until 11:30 so we were hauling can all the way up there. When we got into ROCK 104 country we flipped the radio station to find Mic Hubert calling the game.......the game actually started at NOON! OMG! We got there, parked and went in for the last few plays......:(
WTH, since we were there we went to CJ's for some oysters and beer and watched a little bit of the OSU game before heading home. What a waste of gas.

Okay - Sleepover Survivor Wrap-up...

...and here is the sad part....the 12:30 mom called me frantically - she was late (no sorry or anything) but she needed her child to be ready b/c they had an appt. DH being the not so politically correct person he is, asks the boy what appt they have. The child responds - "A court evaluation".....here the parents are going thru a divorce and they were seeing some court psych to be evaluated. Was she crazy? This child - hair not combed...chocolate donut remains still on mouth....maximum of 2 1/2 hours of sleep....was going to be evaluated? Did she NOT WANT custody?

:furious: :sad2:

OH MY!!! I thought all the parents like that were here in Woodstock.

Why should they come and pick up their kids? - you are giving them free babysitting - they probably went out to breakfast.

I guess I am selfish but I will not be doing a sleepover - EVER!!!

I hope you took before and after pics to show your son and his future fiance.

Congrats on getting a nap though.

Nope, I did my share too. "cept she clean the fridge, LOL. We had a ton of junk in that garage. Everybody wants to store stuff at our house. LOL. We have a 20 yard dumpster 1/3 full already. mostly my daughter's junk. She is a female fred Sanford. :rotfl: I have a few battle scars and am tired, but still winding down. I am a night owl at heart too.

Dr. Hug - hubby is a night owl too.

We probably should get a list going so that you all have some after hours buddies. He will probably be hanging with you guys listening to music or having a beer or rum.

Other night owls?

I am not printing mine. I am scrapbooking mine. I will be using magnet strips.

that i what I am thinking too - how will I find the time?

Brandi - what are you doing about titles etc? Writing by hand - printing those out? using stencils?

Dr. Hug - can you give us the 101 on sea sickness options?

My MIL says not to worry about it. But I think we should all have something with us in case it is needed. But I don't want to end up sick like PJ.

I understand if you don't feel comfortable posting an answer.

Brandi - I have my first K conference with Jaea's teacher on tuesday -

what should I wear?

any good questions that I should ask. for you as a teacher what do you think parents should be concerned about finding out?

that's a good deal and so worth it.

How will you get the remainder home? that is what I am worried about. hubby will have a fit if I say we need to go to a postoffice but I think it is a great option.

When I was working and travelling, I used to send my stuff home in a fed ex box - including some clothes. Our fed ex was so cheap.

For anyone still thinking about the jeep tour - we checked Thrifty and Avis last night. They both have jeep wranglers for $59. day. Seats 4.

One of them had a location right at the port.

I finally got a lower fare on Southwest to go to Orlando. The return flights already seem to be sold out at the lower fares. We can't DING to work either - I think our laptop memory is really overloaded.
