Lisa - Can you move me to Cat 12 GTY on the website and could you make sure I am still linked for dining. When DU checked they were not showing me as linked.

Thanks!

Becka, do you have the same reservation number? I would think that would be linked then. The DCL dining person has that info.

TOUCHING STORY OF LOVE AND MARRIAGE

A very old man lay dying in his bed. In death's doorway, he suddenly smelled the aroma of his favorite chocolate chip cookies lifted himself from the bed. Leaning against the wall, he slowly made his way out of the bedroom, and with even greater effort forced himself down the stairs, gripping the railing with both hands.

With labored breath, he leaned against the door frame, gazing into the kitchen. Were it not for death's agony, he would have thought himself already in heaven. There spreads out upon newspapers on the kitchen table were literally hundreds of his favourite chocolate chip cookies.

Was it heaven? Or was it one final act of heroic love from his devoted wife, seeing to it that he left this world a happy man?

Mustering one great final effort, he threw himself toward the table.
The aged and withered hand, shaking, made its way to a cookie at the edge of the table, when it was suddenly smacked with a spatula by his wife.

"Stay out of those," she said, "they're for the funeral."

BREAKING NEWS -- Terror Alert in Philadelphia:

Reuters New Service
Philadelphia, PA (November 7, 6:47PM): Football practice was delayed nearly two hours today after a player reported finding an unknown white powdery substance on the practice field. Head coach Andy Reid immediately suspended practice and called the police and federal investigators.

After a complete analysis, FBI forensic experts determined that the white substance unknown to Philadelphia players was the GOAL LINE. Practice resumed after special agents decided the team was unlikely to encounter the substance again this season.

OK everyone, I updated the manifest this week & everyone was listed in order of room numbers. With all of the changes right now I am not going to go changing anything but your room number on the site. Please PM me if you have changed to a 12 GTY. I have PJ & Becka noted but noone else. Thank you. Also, if you have linked dining, please pm me with your resie number to make sure that everything is the same.

QUESTION FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE SWITCHED TO 12 GTY!!!!!

Have you checked your online resie yet? Did they switch you to late dining with the new room?

I my ressie still says main. But if you price through, as if a new ressie it did force late dinning.

Pj

We are late dining, but we were before. And, we aren't linked to your dinng seating info, either....... So I'm not much help! But at least I'm boosting the post count by one!

Brandi, they first gave me a price of 14xx.xx and asked if that was what I was seeing. I said no, 1154.xx with ins and transfers. He put me on hold and about three minutes later came back with the web price. Give your TA the price you are seeing on the web.

I did call her at 8:30 this morning...that is when she was in. She got us a room for under 2000 for the whole family!!! We are saving get this...$1.453 dollars!!!!!! That is enough for our 3 annual passes (Eliza doesn't need one yet) and 200 bucks extra!!! We are officially cabinless!

I need to check my online ressie....I have been out all day!

I checked and we are still main dining and we have the same reservation number.

Actually I was suprised that they already assigned us a room number - #6539. It looks like it is 2 doors toward midship away right by the front elevators. I wonder how much motion you would feel if you are behind the front elevators? I loved using the aft elevators with it being so close to the Mickey pool and drink station but hopefully we will like this as well.

I am still nervous but excited. :) Things really are getting so much closer!!! :yay:

We are all saving so much money!!! My room was already assigned...maybe we will be close by. I will have to find new DIS "neighbors". :)

Ok, I am looking at this price thing.
If we booked a 12 reg price now it would be 1904.32 per DCL. I am looking at Fl rates and it would be around 1823. for an 11...I could save 366.12 or 447.44 by dropping down from a 9 to an 11 or 12. Hmmm....don't know about not having a window. And will a TA do it this late?
We are also booked with AAA and ours dropped our rate and cat.

No, that changed this past summer. You can now drop kids off at the clubs. :thumbsup2
That is good news for a lot of folks! I would imagine that policy hurt their Palo ressies on the first night.

Funny story about autograph books...DS was 21 months on his first WDW trip. We bought him a new autograph book the night before we went to our first park and that was his “Mickey book”. He really liked it. WE went to the MK the next morning and the first character we see is Daisy Duck. DS looks a little nervous but he really wants to see her so we wait in line and he stands pretty close to us but you can tell he is getting pretty excited. He walks up to see her, nervous but happy. Then she takes the autograph book from him to sign it. You would have thought she kicked him! He was screaming “Mickey book, Mickey book, Mickey book…”. He thought she was taking his book. Some of the people there commented that he was awfully scared of Daisy. Nope – he just thought she was a thief! :rotfl: For the rest of the trip we just got pictures with the characters and the autograph book stayed safely behind in the stroller! ;)
That is funny!!! You just never know what little kids are thinking!!! :rotfl: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl:

You guys were paying a lot then...

See our cat 10...But really a cat 8 cabin only cost us $2,250....

Watch you guys will get all the good rooms....

Having a kid paying adult rates for 3rd in a cabin doesn't help me much either.... When their little their way cheaper....

DH thinks Addison is pregnant and that is why she was so emotional.... :scratchin

IMPORTANT!!!!!

Anyone who has down graded their ressie to get the Cat 12 price, you will lose all your on-board ressies!

I was able to rebook Palo dinner, but not brunch. So for right now I have 7 pm dinner on Sunday, but no Brunch on Monday. Now I am going to go back and see about excursions.

Pj
Thanks for the heads up! I am going to check that right now!
