Boarding pass printed - check

(At least that is one thing I've completed).

I'm considering downloading a movie. I'm probably going to be working on the plane - sigh - but perhaps for the trip home?

DD has been wearing my dress shoes - I should decide what I'm wearing so I can ensure the shoes are available. Mylast trip I looked everywhere the day of the trip until I found them in her room. :sad2:

Yes,, for those who have lost loved ones; You have my deepest understanding and sympathy. My Dad also passed away from Cancer. It was a long and painful journey for him. I held his hand as he passed on. My Mom died a year later, of a broken heart. ('96 &'97) We haved lost 10 loved ones, aunts, uncles, GPs, in the last 4 years. And Angie's Dad passed on in July of this year.

plus I'm fading. I've been on antibiotics trying to get rid of a cough I have had since late August. started to get worried that I was Like Carla and had pneumonia or something. I really think it is allergies but I don't want to get this sick every fall. ugh.

DGS just got home from work and is very excited that he got TG day off! He said he is the only grocery stocker that was scheduled off that day. He is a happy camper. :woohoo: :dance3:

:grouphug: Another loss from cancer - my dad - 3 yrs ago. I must say hospice is wonderful wonderful wonderful. We've run the gambit on illnesses. Heart disease, stroke, cancer. My FIL (heart) in '01 - so happy he got to meet our DD. My mom (stroke/heart) in 1991. She didn't get to see us married or have children or anything - that's bums me out. I mean actually I know she saw us but selfishly I wish she were here here. KWIM? I never knew my grandfathers - very matriarchal family - mine was. It is odd that every month (I hate saying couple of weeks) some one dies. How did everyone become so suddenly frail?
