Right now the thought of having to be any one place at XX time is mind boggling to me.
I really want to just be on the cruise...no time restraints, nothing.

What's Yankee?

Yankee (yàng´kê) noun

1. A term that people in Boston and Cleveland rarely use - and if so, only with words following or preceding it that are not in the dictionary, and not suitable for children.

Does anyone need a pair of Mens Pirate boots in a size 12-13 for pirate night?

The company i ordered from apparently had the wrong sizes listed for s/m/l in their description when i ordered them and doesn't do exchanges on internet orders.

They are pretty nice...just a little (ok a lot) big for my DH..(They were supposed to only be an 11-12 but the bag clearly states they are a 12-13)

I paid $30 for them...

We are not doing the iron on thing. We all have the lime green shirts. I had our names embroidered on the sleeve of them. They turned out rather well!

I don't think we are either. For one, I really don't know how to do it.

Since we are so close to a pirate I better post one more...This one is for you Caroline!

That's so sweet Brandi, but I hardly notice the new posts while I am catching up...

Sorry, those boots seem very large. Sucks they won't do an exchange.

As for who is going overboard? Whoever brings the yellow crocs for John. :teeth:

I saw someone wearing Crocs today. They were lavander and actually weren't too bad looking.

It's very peaceful here right now.

Dina is sleeping.

Do you think the two statements may be related? :confused3

News for the day
It's about 50 degrees today and raining all day.
My toes are cold and I can't get them warm because they got wet this morning.
DD has the day off (so she can vote? :confused3 )
She came to work with me today and is taking advantage of the high speed to do some homework and play on a penguin party website.
Did I mention that it's raining? YUK!

The great news is that DD and I are having fun together. We went to the grocery store before work to get breakfast, lunch, and snacks. She is sitting in my office and we are chatting and working. All this and I get to DIS too. Life is Goooooood! :thumbsup2

It is raining way too much here! They are talking flooding everywhere! Some of our bridges have closed. The Pineapple Express arrived from Hawaii over the last 3-4 days. :sad2: More rain on the way, but the next front is coming at us from the north, is colder and that is good news. It will move over us faster, not just sit over us and pour out buckets of water and it will push this warm, wet front on thru.

OK, I can't leave Brack hanging all by himself. I haven't had many problems with my PC. I read through some of the articles I posted, and it seems as if they are pretty close to each other in terms of most things. I can't comment on which, if either, is better as I never had an Apple. Seems like it is just a personal thing any more, kinda like Hellman's or Miracle Whip.

Personally, I would stick with what I know and what is easier since the majority of things are geared towards it: the PC.

Brack and Caroline.

Official occupants of the PC safehouse!

(You don't know what you are missing until you've tried it!)

:lmao: that's how I learned it - I learned to say Sprinkles and waiting on line when I lived in NY.

From an Ohio grocery guy . . .

Jimmies are the kind of oblong ones, and come in many flavors and colors (although non-grocery people here call them all sprinkles). Sprinkles are the plain granulated sugar ones (also in multiple colors) - like what Caroline said.
