I guess it worked that way.
As for tips... I use the livestrong calorie tracker also called myplate. You can google it. It's free and easy. The more you use it the easier it is to use. You just tell it what you weigh, what you want to weigh and how quickly you want to loose it. It won't let you do more than 2lbs a week. It tells you how many calories you can have a day. Then you log your food. There are over 400,000 items in it. It's so easy! You can even change the servings and it calculates for you. The example I use is grapenuts. A serving is like 1/2 cup but I like to put a tablespoon on my yogurt. It's a pain to figure what 1 tablespoon is but with this program I put 1 and click the serving drop down then change it to tablespoon and it figures it for me. Awesome! Good luck everybody!
