The weather was amazing in Chicago. We had more trick-or-treaters than we ever have in the past. Everyone was outside enjoying the weather. What part of MI are you from?

Are you in downtown Chicago, or a suburb? I work in Lake Forest, but I live 50 miles north in WI. (Yes - the commute is horrible but luckily I get to work from home a bit).

Friday's weather was good, but how about today? It's gorgeous!

Yeah, I am quoting myself...my husband called atlantis and said the bay tower was closed...but then cruisinmama let me know that the lazy river was in front of there-so there is a good possibility it is closed...sorry I can't be more definitive

No, you probably sent it to my work email (that I've been using lately to send updated fish extender lists) and I wasn't at work today...I was electioneering at an election poll today. I'll be back at work tomorrow so I'll get your email tomorrow. Thankfully today was a BEAUTIFUL fall day in Indiana...70 some degrees! Very unusual temperature for an election day! Usually I'm standing outside in the freezing cold or pouring rain.

I'm pretty sure I didn't send it to your work because I sent it from FB and I'm usually careful not to mix business and personal emails..I've never sent via FB before so was curious if it worked...I sent because I remember reading you were doing some updating on FB...I've recently gotten addicted... and in the last week uploaded my cruise videos..so, I thought a fellow Diser would to "sea".

Just checked my reservation online - and we were moved from Late to Main Dinner Seating. Hip Hip Hooray!
Main was not available when I booked, but I put us on the Waiting List and looks like we got it!

I can't believe we leave in less than 25 days! I really need to get to work on our Stateroom Door signs and FE Gifts.......

We are not doing a meet or a FE, but thought I would pop in and introduce myself. We (me, dh, dd10 and dd6) live in the nw suburbs of Chicago. This is our first cruise and we cant wait! we have a category 3 (8086) and are doing 1 day at disney on 12-3 (we were down there for 4 days last year, so there isnt the need to do it all). We'll be at ASMovies late on 12-2, and AKL on 12-3.

Im glad that you were able to get early dining. I moved us from early to late last week, so its nice to see that someone was able to benefit from that.

Anyone gotten there documents yet? I cant wait till they get here. Im also wondering about the status of the closures at Atlantis. Does anyone have any more info on this?

Welcome!! I know you must be excited..this being your first Disney Cruise! You will L..O...V...E it!!! I've got a DD 13, DD 9, DS 9...I'm sure we'll sea ya around the pool!

No documents yet! It's closer to 21 days from what i remember before I expect to get them... I do expect any day now to see that my GTY status has changed and I've gotten a cabin #....and hoping for an upgrade at that!

Has ANYONE received their Cruise/Vacation Docs yet? Especially those who are doing a Land & Sea package?
It is getting SOOOO close yay: ), but yet I still haven't received my paperwork, including ME tickets and luggage tags etc...

Not here....I'm guessing since it was only yesterday that my GTY cabin status changed to a #!! That is a sign that the documents must be getting ready to be mailed

We'll probably start to see them by the beginning of next week (or maybe even this weekend ). In the past, I've always gotten docs about 14-18 days out.

Neither of my Confirmation #s could be located.
