Does the 11 month reservation window go according to the 1st or last day of the reservation?

as long as you are staying 7 days or fewer, you can book the whole reservation by calling 11 months from the date of check-in (1st day of the reservation.)

First day of your reservation, ie if you wanted to checkin Aug 15 2010 you'd call tomorrow and can book up to 7 nights at your HR
