In light of the time it took us to get off the ship and through customs recently, I would DEFINITELY rethink those 11 am flights! Of course we had late breakfast, but even those who ate earlier were still standing in line to exit when we went down to breakfast - and we ended up just arriving at the Radisson parking lot in Cocoa Beach at 10 AM!

Hopefully that situation is not the new normal, because it was bad, but I think you're safer to be prepared for it. Camper, if you're arriving so late, why not just come on out to the Radisson and party with the Nanas?

Denise, my husband did the same thing with my mailbox key (WHY would they put the grate right in front of the mailbox???) anyway, the flashlight on the keyring was magnetic, so he managed to fish it out with a magnet on a string. That was VERY nice of you to do that drive for your son!

Linda...did you get to the port late? We are probably in the first 100-200people to get off the ship. DH goes up to the buffet and brings back muffins and then we are off. If you went to the late breakfast, then you were not in a hurry to get off IAm I correct?

Well its slightly overcast here today....yesterday we were 80 degrees they are talking that a cold front in moving in and we will be in the 60's next week I love the fall, but would prefer it stay at least in the 70's... Ok at least I can dream!!!!

No plans for today, just over to my sons and finish my door signs......I cant belive we are 60 days out.....

Have a good one all....will be back later, going to do some and I'm making speghetti sauce for dinner.

Joshua (DS) went to the Penn State game last night-his first-he loved it!! We were never a college foot ball family--may become one. The anouncer said PSU had a good team and the only team on the line up they may have trouble with is OSU?? Shell?? Is this your team??? If so...can you talk to them and let Joshua's team win...

All this talk about making it to the airport is freaking me out again...our flight leaves at 1145.....I think grab a muffin and run is a good idea!!! Do you have to put your luggage out the night before disembarking??? or can you haul it out with you the morning of???

I'm afraid to even say it...but all three cruises I've had early flights...The first cruise I had a 10 am flight, I know I'm crazy, but I was at the airport at 9
This cruise I have an 11 am flight.

To the person who posted that Dec 6th would be crazy at the MAGIC KINGDOM, because they are taping the Christmas parade for tv...Are you absoultely sure about that??? We are planning to go after we get off the boat and when I called Disney to get tickets for the special Christmas event they told me it wasnt being held that day...Just curious as we would have to rethink the day there if it would be that extra crowded..thanks Jen

Good Morning Nanas!

Our T-Shirts were here when I got home from Boston! It was a nice surprise. The kids loved them and they fit! Nice job on the design and company that made them - not too thin.

It's nice to be home even though I have unbelievable amounts of laundry to catch up on. I left on Tuesday morning and came back Friday night - You would think I was gone 2 weeks!!

Our internet has been down. I finally found that if I take the laptop in our spare room I can get on-line although it says the router is unavailable?? I'm not sure if I'm using someone else's internet??? I think we either need a new computer or we need to hire someone to figure out what's wrong!!

I'm feeling a little bit of anxiety about our trip - only 60 days out! I still have so much to do! I'm home for two weeks then I leave for SanFrancisco for a week, then home for a day then leave for Florida. Too much work travel crammed into the next month for me!

Well, I'm off to look up a good crock pot recipe for this week and catch up on the last few pages of posts! Two soccer games today.
