Finally got some sleep last night.

Holly seems to be doing better as she slept through the night with out running a fever.

Terri, so sorry to hear about Kaitlin.....I don't even want to imagine what the family is going through right now! Prayers and Pixie dust for them.

Hey Everyone it is April the now single and sep. mom of three.
I am coping I guess and really looking forward to this trip now more than ever.
I keep wanting to post more but I am still trying to find a new normal routine without my mom and now without a husband. But on a good note I ordered tshirts

I need to finish deciding excursions but I have been overwhelmed with all this sep. stuff like redoing finances and trying to redo a new budget making me way poorer than I ever want to admit!

I hope the little girl has been found in FL and I work with parents of children with Autism and they have so many challenges!

Well I will check in soon. Hope everyone is doing ok! Also keep my doggie in your thoughts she is really missin my husband and he was cruel leavin her too!!

Well I hate to say it but our weather is changing to fall. We are still hitting the mid 70's, but there is that coolness in the air.

Soon the rain will start and continue for months and months! I know w eneed it but i hate ti when it rains everyday.
I am so glad we have this cruise to look forward to

Actually, the Huskers were off yesterday and we had our non-BFF-caliber friends here from 2:00 - 10:30 yesterday, so I never even had any sports updates all day.

April, there will be a few of us newly single gals on this cruise....we can hang together and swap stories!!! But time heals and we will all be fine.

Teri: So sorry for the family....I thought there would be a better outcome, prayers to the family. Very sad.....

I did think about you yesterday while I was in Wisconsin....they were selling all things leather......they had chaps....was thinking of picking up a pair for you....just in case you "accidentally" forgot to pack them

Went to my dad in Chicago this morning and just got home a short time ago and now just finishing up ....the bears game is playing in the background......

Yo Nanas!

Just got back from Youngstown to see Bill's dad. They were serving turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy for lunch today at the nursing home, so of course Mutt & I gave each other "the look" (which for other couples means something completely different ) and stopped at the grocery on the way home so we can have a Thanksgiving Day feast for dinner tonight

Anyhoo ... April, great to see you posting and getting your t-shirts ordered! I'm guessing the first people that ordered will be getting theirs this week.

Our "Nana Head-ness" all started because we had a certain cruise mate who was fixated by the cute %$&#* . Pretty soon it caught on and we not only started keeping track of how many we posted, but we changed our group name to Nana Heads.

Hi Everyone...Back from the fair and it was an AWESOME FAIR! Thanks for all your good luck wishes, it worked.

Waiting for Mitch to come home with the Chinese Food. I ordered chicken with vegetables (Steamed), a side of garlic sauce and brown rice on the side and a pint of egg drop soup. Doesn't that sound delicious I wish I was ordering an order of ribs!
Although I'M STARVING so what I ordered will probably taste GREAT!
