Just got on at 4 am and there were no brunch ressies available. I got Palo for dinner on Key West day, and that's all. Glad aat least some of you were successful in getting what you wanted!

On the plus side, looks like Mutt got her a nice Palo's ressie

Good Morning Nanas! Guess everyone is sleeping in this am due to being up late....wimps ! I didn't go to bed until 3:00am and still got up at 7:15am this morning. Couldn't do my excursions yet but this board gets me in trouble ! I did take a nap yesterday afternoon though so I guess that counts for something. Check back later when maybe more of you sleepy-heads are up .

Good Morning All!

It looks like everyone got what they wanted for reservations. Minus a couple Palo's!

Having a cookout today. Suppose to hit 90 so will probably hang around the pool. In my memory, I never remember it staying this warm into September. We're usually closing it by now. The pool is still 87 degrees so we'll keep it open until it cools down. Tuesday is suppose to be hot too. So the boys probably will dive right in when they get home from school. At least, it's only a half day.

Shell, Can't take my mind off New Orleans and Gustav either. At least, they are ready for it this time--at least, as ready as they can be.

I'm Cheri and this is my third Nana Head cruise. I'm traveling with DH, Bill (aka BFW) and DD7 (Jessalyn).

We're from northern IL about an hour NW of Chicago.

Don't be overwhelmed that several of us have cruised together (and our posts are often off on bizarre tangents) -- just jump right in and join the fun!

If there's anything positive or "good" about any of this, it's the fact that some of the New Orleans police will be stationed out of Wendy's hospital during the storm. So I think she will be in strong hands and good company.

I'm up early sleeping is not really an option with a child in the house. So I'm up working on my soccer schedule. I'm in the H's, so I only have I's - Z's left.

I didn't stay up late last night because we aren't making any ressie through Disney this year. But that every elusive final payment hasn't been made yet either. I hope to get that done this week. We will see.

Ok, back to flipping back and forth between the weather channel and msnbc for news on Gustav.

grrrrrrrrrrr.......... I wanted brunch at Palos on Monday and I couldn't get it. Gonna have to settle for Sunday before Key west.....fudge.

Bill you can always change it on board I have never had anything at Palos booked till I get on board do to waiting on Fl rates Never had a problem.

Yes but it will pick back up and will be at least a 4 and could get up to a 5 It is not good It was expected to go to a 3 and then back up They always do this

Are they moving anyone out of your Hospital? I heard thay moved people out of nursing homes.
