Nanas I am leaving my house soon so this is a quick Ciao!! I'll be checking in with Woo and letting her know whats going on. I have to report to the hospital by noon tomorrow and probably will be there til Wednesday at the earliest and more likely Thurs or Fri.

GREAT NEWS! Dh is getting time off from his new job so our cruise is still on!!!

WOOHOO!!!!!!!! I have to admit I didn't expect that!

Our Duesey, being a dog with so little, no toys, neglected, ignored spends vacation at a doggie day care called Tails R Waggin' where he gets to open play all day ... Lights out at 9pm, up-and-at-um at 7am. I figure for $28/day, it's so worth it. I have absolutely no worries while he's there ... except he tends to not eat, but that's just being nervous. He's such a good social pup ...

Jeff K (you will have to be distinguished from the "other" Jeff, aka J-Fed and Him ): thanks for the info. I'll update the cruisemate list when I get back to work and get it sent out.

Cheryl: GREAT dogs! awwwwwwwwwww And same for Little Jack (as opposed to Denise's Jack ).

I think we're getting too many repeat names ... let's see ... 2 Jacks, 3 Gregs, 2 Jeffs, 2 Bobbys ... but there's only ONE ELMER AND VERNA

Ok...I'm just sayin. If any of your kids (I'm thinking about teenage girls here) is a PETA or borderline kind of person...then this is not the place to take them. I personally understand the difference between humans and animals and it still freaked me out. I don't know if I have any pix of the tanks or not but I'll search and see if I can find one.

Nathan has arrived. The boys couldn't be happier. Elizabeth is here also and downstairs playing with the boys.

Looks like I will be watching a little 14 month old boy for a few days a week!

Good Afternoon All,

We are still trying to decide on an excursion in Cozumel.
Anyone done the "Highlights and Mayan Ruins" tour?
We are trying to decide if the kids (DS5 and DD2) would be ok/enjoy on it.

All the pet pictures are adorable.
We were reminded yet another reason why we have dogs....we got home from church this morning to find our front door wide open. Hubby and I looked at each other and realized that we (He) had left it open (Yeah! it wasn't me ).
He came inside and checked it all out before the kids and I came in and everything was right where we left it. (insert Big sigh of relief)
Granted the house looked like it had been taken apart but that was how we left it on our mad dash out the door this morning. And our two wonderful dogs were sitting in the house waiting for us.
Good Dogs!

Hi Danica. I've been to the ruins in Tulum pre kids and remember it was great to see but SCREAMING hot with a lot of walking. Not sure kids would be enthralled. We have 2 girls - aged 10 and 4 on the cruise. Good luck deciding.

We have put the pool on temporary hold. Got a proposal from the builder and it looks good. We realized that we didn't have any time to deal with it during the fall so we may jump in with it either in the spring or next fall. I think once we do it we have to take shorter summer vacations so we can enjoy it fully though!

Hubby decided tonight that we need to make sure to go back to Cozumel when the kids are older and we can all do some of the more adventurous excursions together Sound good to me
