Gailyn, Last time we got off of the cruise, that Saturday they were taping the Christmas parade and Sunday evening was the MVMCP.

Not much going on today.

The kids have been wanting to see "Horton Hears a Who" and its playing in our room today, so I think we'll just kick back and watch it.

Denise, your leaving Colorado already? Seems like you just got there?

Christine, have you heard of the "Caribbean Day Spa" in Las Vegas? I'm taking my wife there while we're in Vegas? I'm a little nervous because the last Spa I called was really a nudist resort/spa!

Xtine ... that picture of Joey and Stitch (is that right? ) is just about the cutest thing ... you HAVE to frame that one! Come to think of it, maybe we need an entire "JOEY" photo page on the Nana website . BTW, Mutt loved the one he did for him ... I think that should be a right of passage for all the Nana men to do. So far we have Mutt, Hammer and Joey in that pose

Hi Nanas.

Busy day here. I finished the huge part of the writing project (a 28 page brochure) but now have 3 smaller ancillary projects to that one to start thinking about.

Today we have a swim meet preceded by swim team pictures and supervised by... me. Yes. I volunteered for the worst swim team parent job for the second year in a row. No one else would do it and I wanted to make sure we actually got pictures. Now I get to deal with the "Wives of Wexford" who (1) forget what time they are supposed to be there (2) forget their order forms (3) forget their checkbooks (4) forget their kids. And it will be all my fault. I actually had to tell one woman last year that "I'm just a parent volunteer here and quite frankly could use some help. Do you have an hour you can spare?" Of course she didn't. Nail appointment or some such thing.

So it should be a fun fun fun day here. I'll be at the pool starting at 3 p.m. and probably get home at 9.

Better get to work!

Ya, with 4 kids its always and adventure!

My brother and his 2 kids went with us and I think it must have been quite a site......two 6'5 300 pounds guys with 6 kids (under the age of 13) walking through the park trying to keep them all under control.....without our wives!!

It is sunny and cold this morning, in the 40's. Brrrrr!!!
But it is suppose to be upper 70's today. YEAH!!

Wendy, cant wait for you to share photos.

Christine has some awesome ones she is sharing with all of us right now, so we are really going to have a lot of photos by the time you finish posting yours too.


Nothing exciting going on today, just doing laundry. I did put a couple pieces of steak in the slow cooker today to make them nice and tender.

Greg: I am so glad you didnt drown last nite.....cuz I'm waiting for you to dress in drag on the ship. Glad you found Brayden.....see men really do need us orginized women with them....but really glad Brayden was found ok.

Well I'm just getting ready to leave Colorado....I have a late flight actually...Heather had to work a few hours this morning...then we are going out to lunch...then head to the airport....Denver is a good hour and half drive.
I dont land in chicago until 10pm tonite......then I have an hour drive home from there......but I'm excited about seeing Jack.....!!

Better get going have to get packed and dressed.
