if the clubs arnt over crowded it is pretty easy to get the older one to be put down to the lower age group if you talk to the counselors and tell them they are cruising together. I know a few people who have done this with kids, that were together. When the age is that close. In the past anyway it was up to the counselors and unless the age group was too crowded they always let the kids be together, so keep fingers crossed.

Truly this is a situation that has me pretty ticked off at DCL because no one notified us nor had I seen it announced anywhere. Given what a big deal it is and how important it is for kids to enjoy the club situation for parents to have a chance to have a little adult time...this is huge - especially for past cruisers who make plans based on their past experience. I think DCL really dropped the ball on this one.
