Good Morning Nana's

Normal busy Monday...this morning though I have to run and get a few things for our yard...I need to protect our trees before the snow comes Then I need to do some yard work and I really need to exercise...it helps my back.

Just got home awhile ago.

I had a good visit with my mom. I need to do it all i can now. Her memeory is really getting bad and she gets confused a lot lately.. She failed a memory test at the doctors last week, so they are running tests on her to see if its Alzheimers or something else. Should have some results back on Wednesday.

She is almost 88 and still live son her own, so she has done really well until now.

The girls had a good sleep over and we saw lots of photos of them.
They are still sleeping from all the excitement.

Sheila woke up and rolled over and saw Minnie standing there with her feet on the edge of the bed with her ears up straight just starring at her about 2 a.m.

But all went well, so no worries for the cruise now.

When we go to DDs for Thanksgiving I will keep them with us until around 2 p.m. then take them to the sitter for the cruise. I feel good about the care they will get, yet i hate to leave them too.


Greg managed to tweek his back some at his moms, but not too bad this time, should be ok by the cruise.

Came back to a bad furnace, so calling the repair man in the morning and hopefully get it fixed before the cruise. we have to have heat on in here while we are gone.


Jaime, I am so happy the baby is going to be ok That really made my day

I am exhausted from stress with mom, so will sign off now. back later tonight to post more and to count the nanas.
great job Bev, glad to see you joining in on the nana posting.

I know we can make a million in a year with what we already have.

Glad your visit went well! My nan had Alzheimers...here's some extra for your mom! Glad the pup's did well with there sleepover. I am going to start looking for place for Koda while where gone...I just don't think my grandfather will be well enough to watch him this time.

Good Morning!

Not as cold this morning, 34 degrees. We are suppose to get snow today 1 - 3 inches they say.

Last day to have Kofi until we get back.

I've done all I can do to get ready to go. I'll do laundry tonight to do the last things. Tomorrow will be crunch day. We'll need to have everything done and in the van before we go to bed early The Hoveround is plugged in so the boys can help me load it, and they'll carry stuff out tonight so I can get some of the stuff organize either tonight or during the day tomorrow! We leave tomorrow night! How do you like the sound of that!!!

Jaime and Brantley, I'll really miss seeing you on this trip. I'll especially miss Melanie, Chris and the boys--I especially saw them alot around the ship!

Hi Dawn,

I am here, just moving slow I am frozen.
Gotta get the furnace fixed!! Greg is calling someone today. We came home to it squealing terrible, so bad we cant run it. Of course it was 32 last night,, 34 right now and only 45 for a high today.
Thank goodness for our 2 electric heaters but they arnt designed to heat the entire place, just by where I am sititng. I will probably have to turn on a gas burner soon to help warm it up in here when I am in the kitchen doing dishes this morning.

I am so glad minnie likes to snuggle. she is warm feeling against my side and we are sharing a blanket too.
