While sitting here perusing this board, the UPS guy just made his daily run through our neighborhood AND DIDN'T STOP!!! I was so sure today would be the day we'd get our docs. Not that I haven't said that every day, but still...

However, I've decided to look at this as a positive. I figure DCL is giving us an upgrade and that's why it's taking extra time. They're trying to decide which suite to put us in: The Walt or the Roy. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Oooh. Think I hurt myself...

Disneefun--I'm sorry to hear that. AAA called a little while ago and said that there were some more docs that needed to arrive (for the other stateroom, I guess), so don't feel bad--they're sloooooowly making their way here.

In the meantime, DON'T CHASE AFTER THE UPS GUY--they seem a bit sensitive about that!

April--I LIKE THAT! Knowing ATA, those cranky stewardesses would make us put them in the overhead bin. On the plus side, though, we could get a free x-ray when they send them through the scanner! I wonder if the security guys can make a 8 X 10 print?

Good Morning everyone (in Tracey's case Good Afternoon) looks like it is going to be a nice cool weekend here in NC. DS has a semi final game tomorrow and if they win will play again on Sunday. If we win tomorrow we will play the only team who has beat us on Sunday. This team has played together for three whole years (our opponents) and when they are on the field they look like a swarm of bees hovering around the quarterback. For ten year olds it is quite impressive. This is the first year all the kids on our team have played together and for 8/9/10 year olds it is really fun to watch. Wish us luck! Go Tigers!!!!! Well off to work I am running behind but just wanted to wish everyone a great weekend!

Velcro is good. A bit noisy, perhaps, but I like the idea! And it doesn't leave a residue.

Tink--I know what you mean. Four months ago I had everything planned out--we'd be ready by this time, no problem. At this point, I feel lucky to still be able to find my airline tickets (at least, I think I THINK I know where they are).

Wow, I haven't checked our thread in 1 1/2 days and I had to really catch up! I agree with you Wendyleigh, chatting with all of you is the most relaxing thing all day. My DH thinks I'm nuts.

I feel like the closer we get to the cruise the more disorganized I am. I don't know how this is possible since I started researching information on this trip a year ago!!!

Tracey- I hope you and DD get the flu and recover before you leave home and I hope DH feels wonderful now and can wait on you both hand and foot before you leave I'm hoping we all get DS's cold now so that we can get it out of the way!

It cheers me up to read these posts though! I feel weak & tired & have a headache but hopefully thats as bad as it will get

I had a crazy dream last night that we were on the cruise & it was like the movie 'Speed 2, Cruise Control' & when everything finally calmed down i stood on the deck thinking wow i'm finally here on the ship & the port loomed up & the cruise was over & when we got off the ship couldnt get a bus or car, Oh & when
we met we were all reallly quite & no one would speak to each other ....like thats gonna happen!

OK guys, we go for an overnight stay at the airport Friday & will be flying out Saturday lunch time so i want you all to cross your fingers for 9 hours while i'm up in the air & say a few prayers too!


I will post my goodbyes Tuesday evening (my time) & cant wait to meet you all!

HI All,

I go away for not even a week and I come back and have to read 8 pages!!!! Now some bad news my DGM has cancer. We are still coming on the cruise but everyone around my house is a little bit upset. My mom is doing ok she came home on Thursday. She had to have her Gall Ballter (spelling?) removed but it is good to have her home. Thank you all for your prayers it helped alot.
