When should we receive anything from AbD?

We are about to embark on our first AbD Tours: June 2 Paris Escape and June 4 DVC First Wave Rhone River Cruise. The Paris Escape was paid in full at time of booking, and the Rhone River Cruise was paid in full on January 29th. It's been a month since final payment, though I know our trip is still three months out. When should I be receiving any info from AbD? Is it 60 days out? For River Cruises, do we pre-choose shore excursions? I'm a big planner, so it's so weird to me to have no communication with our trip so close (by my standards, at least!). Thanks!
