I do it before I leave home. I always tear them out, sign them and put them in a ziplock bag with my birth certificates. Then I just hand the baggie to the CM. Everything in one place.

Table size varies from 4 to I think 1 or two tables of 12. I believe your group size is 6 with inlaws. My guess is they will most likely put you at your own table for 6. We have 6 in our group and thats what I expect will happen with us. Always the possibility that they do put you at a larger table, but there are lots of 6 toppers.

One way to make it happen is to find someone in our group with kids, and get your reservation #s linked together. That way you can sit together at dinner. (Don't link with Curt...no tables for a gaggle plus 6)

I just foud out from Disney that TA put us down for a small table, just our family. I am going to call her right now and ask her to change it. One of my favorite parts of cruising is sitting with others and hearing about what they did that day.

As for tea, I will try to get a ressie too when we board and I guess when we meet at 3 that day we can see how many ressies we have total. I will also try for 2 people but DH will not be going so his spot will also be open for one of the ladies.

Someone asked a while ago what everyone was wearing. I bring a casual sun dress for every night except for formal nights. DH will wear a black suit on the formal nights and dockers with polo shirts on other nights. DS has a captains uniform for one formal night and a shirt, vest, tie combo for the other formal night and like daddy will wear dockers and polos on non-formal nights.

Anyone ever use airbourne?

Christmas shopping is done, now I can concentrate on packing this weekend and putting up Christmas decorations before we leave.

I am so excited and can't wait to meet you guys.

Oh yeah, DH and baby have sinus infections and DS has strep throat so everyone in our home but me is on amoxicillan. Yeah, we'll leave all this nasty stuff behind and be well on the trip.

my you all have been a busy bunch! I have just realized that I have 9 days to pack for 6 people, work full time, shuffle kids to taekwondo 4 times a week, and somehow manage to squeeze Thanksgiving in as well. So I have been a busy girl here at home! We are all very excited. The kids are especially excited to meet their respective pen pals. Gailyn, too bad you are not on late seating, I would love to of had our ressies linked.
Anyways I did read about the new show aboard, it says debuting so that leads me to belive that is on this weeks sailing? Does anyone know for sure? Did you all read about PALO also? A dress shirt is required for dinner now. No more polos or like Tommy Bahama type shirts.

I think that adult table will need supervision with a cross dresser wearing a swim diaper present, so why don't the 4 adults from our table join your group with Curt and Steph. This leaves a kids table of 8. That accomplishes my wish of happy kids and happy parents!

Amanda- I wish we had late seating as well. It would be fun to sit together. We were afraid to try late seating with the kids. Plus, Dolores and George usually go to bed fairly early.

Just *poppin'* in to say "hello" to y'all! I find myself staring at my kitchen calendar at odd times during the day-it's almost like my eyes cannot believe what the true date is in relation to that day penned in with my flight information! Seriously, there was a time in the not-too-distant-past when our "crew" would smile in disbelief that we only had *months* go to before we would be cruisin' together on the high seas..and we're now down to mere days.

I went to Big Lots (again) today...too many more trips, and I'll have to rent a tugboat for my luggage alone! Picked up some highlighters, permanent markers (younger sis and I are doin' the signature pillowcases-definitely "children" at heart!), some birthday balloons and streamers to decorate my nephew's bedroom (sshh! It's a surprise!), and a $0.99 extension cord. Still have to pick up two pillowcases, an extra pair of sunglasses, and some Tylenol PM (in case the ole back is acting up and I need to drug myself to sleep!). I don't know what I would do if I had to pack for more than one person myself!!! (*Kudos* to all you parents out there!)

I don't know what my problem is...but I'm definitely draggin my feet when it comes to doing the door signs for my group. Four months ago I was rarin' to go, but I somehow convinced myself that it was too early. I think it might be the subconscious part of my brain trying to slow down time-I too find myself wishing time with simultaneously speed up and slow down! I don't want it to be over...and it hasn't even started yet!

Talked to "the kids" on Sunday, and it was SO GOOD to hear the excitement in their voices!!! We are going to be sooo hyper when Friday, November 26th rolls around...just you wait and see! You'll probably *hear* our group before you actually get to meet any of us!

A few items to add to "the list"-my brother and SIL (Todd and Janet) will be the only ones of our group enjoying the "Coral World and Coki Beach" excursion in St. Thomas. The rest of us will still be snorkeling in St. John...Yippee!!! I absolutely cannot wait to watch the kids enjoy the novelty of the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean! Also we will be celebrating Janet's BD on Sunday, November 28th. We are *planning* on high tea for the ladies of our group on Monday, November 29th and an adults-only Palo dinner on Wednesday, December 1st! (Hopefully we'll be able to snag the ressies on arrival.)

Well...back to searching for clipart! (Anyone have a clipart of the Gopher from Pooh?? BIL loves the Gopher and can do a mean impression...but I'm not finding him anywhere!)

As for the whole clothing issue-I too am planning on wearing sundresses most nights (bringing dress pants and blouses too, just in case) but I'm dressing up for formal, semi-formal, and our Palo night. Still unsure what to wear on embarkation-capris? shorts? I'm pretty sure that I'll be bringing my suit in case the kids want to get some swimming in. (Have to be a "cool" aunt, ya know!)
