Hello everyone. Hope all is well with you all. I've been reading but not posting. Don't have too much to say I guess Thought the kids were going to get better and now they have colds. Cullen went through a box of tissues today. He has this awful cough now. Laura still has a runny nose. Now Steve is sick! He came home from work looking awful and sounding bad. I'm moving!

I just love the new "Ricky and Lucy" show.

Kathy - got your e mail. I'll answer you soon and let you know what's happening around here. Just seems like I don't have time to do very much these days. I don't have the kids tomorrow so maybe I'll get a chance to write you. I do hope your colds get better soon. It seems like Cullen, Laura, and Stacey have been sick since we returned home. This "thing" just hangs on.

I'm not sure we are going in 11/07. We are thinking of taking a trip up the east coast in the fall. We're also thinking about booking a cruise to Alaska in 08 with some friends of my DH. Soooooooooooo...we'll see. We want to go again in 07, just not too sure yet.
That doesn't mean I can't stop in to say Hi does it?

Hope the grandkids get better soon. It just seems this cold doesnt want to leave. Each time I think I am getting better seem to get worse the next day.

Howdy y'all,
we have a foggy start here today, but it will be in the mid 70's today.

I am in the process of mixing up cookie dough and putting it in the frig until time to bake it off next week. I have all my shopping done and presents are all wrapped up too.

Pretty quiet around here today. Accept for Minnie. She bounces throughout the house like a deer leaping when she is about to go for her walk. That is kinda dangerous with the Christmas tree up.

Well I am off to walk minnie for awhile,
Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday. We are one day closer to the cruise

HI everyone -- I'm still here!

Thanks for the call Shell! I only snorted about 10 times as I was catching up on this thread!

I'm just trying to dig out of this pile of work -- all of a sudden we're super busy at work! You would think people wouldn't be messing with insurance during the holidays. Since I have absolutely NO self-control, I haven't even tempted myself with the DIS over the past few days!!!

We did get our tree up and inside decorations done. Jessalyn keeps rearranging decorations and adding her own "decorations". . .(then I move them back while she's at school! ) Nothing outside yet -- but weather's pretty nice (40's & 50's) so maybe I'll get to it.

Bill has a lingering cold, but Jess & I seem to be o.k. She finally took her little "project" to school -- she came up with a word or phrase from the cruise to represent each letter of the alphabet. "A" for Animator's Palate, "B" for beach, etc. She didn't use "N" for Nana Heads, though.

We watched a bit of Titanic this weekend (it was on TNTHD -- that HD makes you want to watch almost any movie!!!!! ). I saw our cabin and the guys doing our job!

I'm sure in time they will return, Christine is still brave enough to post, I'm sure others will follow.

I just made some butterscotch brownies, spice cookies, mint meltaway cookies and put them in the freezer.
This afternoon I want to make some Krumkake. but only enough to eat because they dont freeze well.
Minnie was my taste tester since I cant eat any of them. I seem to have her approval on all of them. I was surprized she ate a mint cookie??
I'm aure she'll like krumkake too.

Then It will be time to start dinner, but I have no idea what I am going to fix for that. Probably PB and J sandwiches since I have been cooking all day.

My Grandmother use to make butterscotch brownies for my sister and I during the holidays. Thank you for bringing back the memories. Yummy!
