11/24/07 We are Better Than Leftovers!!! Nana Head reunion Part 4

Good morning everyone,

well for today it is awesome in Florida but as Terri has said it changes almost hourly.
Lots of little things to get done today. Got to zip to the drugstore, Bealls, specimen to the vet , then some to get caught up on.

I have a list of about 12 things I need to get done this morning.


Kids bracelets last forever!!
Our grandson had his for almost 3 months before it finally fell apart and came off his arm baths and all, it just stayed tuff. When he returned to school his teachers thought he had been in the hospital when they saw the band, he loved the attention, because then he got to tell all about his cruise and trip to WDW.

Starting today our fellow disers will be either leaving or being extra busy getting ready to go so we will have less posts from now on.
That means those of us still here will have to post extra to make up for those who have already got to start their vacations

Okay I got a pretty good start on my packing yesterday..but wow...I have so much stuff packed...we all have a suitcase each...I have to make sure it will all fit in the rental.

Today for me is hectic...but at least everytime I think I need a vacation I can think of Friday

Still have a few last minute things to finish (it's 4am!!)

I am hoping to grab two hours from 5am-7am before I start my morning activities ...

load the car
drop off Sasha (the dog)
load the family
drive to the airport

I am getting so excited I just had to pop it and say "hi"

OK, time to get the day started! I have to work tomorrow and Wednesday - so today is the day to get all the last minute things done (of course before the real last minute things that will come up before we leave). Grocery store, etc. to get ready for Thanksgiving dinner. Packing went well yesterday.

Not sure I am new here!!!

Shell will send out last ones today but if Karen even has the last one it should only have a couple of minor differences if people update their room numbers or a photo or two.
If you want to print off a new one and bring it for Karen that would be nice, you could give it to her at the meet, so at least she would know the added info then.
That was great you thought about that.

I always bring a copy with me and it helps to remember people and where they are, plus I put it in my trip album upon return as a nice reminder of those i crusied with.

Good Morning Nanas!

Lots to get done today!

Most of the clothes are packed. DH needs to pack his dinner wear and I need to pack a couple dresses (but at least I know which ones they are!) for me and DD.

Now I'm down to all the little stuff. Hopefully I can take about 30 minutes and just get it done!

And I have to find the roll of bubble wrap left over from last year's cruise. I know it's in a "safe" place.

Only 5 days to go and it looks like today is Doctor day for Brittani, Rudi {ds), and myself, Thanks to everyone who sheared.

I will let you know what they say after we get back. You know it is a Monday and Two Doctors so that will be an all day thing.
