I went over to RObins so we could post together and her computer is down... I missed all the 10,000 excitement!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As for this exercise B#LL, here is my shipboard exercise routine.
1. Power walk to breakfast at Topsiders... rest those muscles.
2. Stretch and walk to the Rainforest.... heat on those sore leg muscles
3. Work on upper arms by lifting a margarita every few minutes...
4. Stretch out the back while on the poolside lounge chair.
5. Work out all those tired overworked muscles in the adult hot tub.
so there... that's my plans for exercise.... Anyone want to join in????:rotfl:

Mina and I are just back from a charity event with a New Orleans theme. Mina had a Hurricane.:drinking1 She was considering posting but thought better of it. Some day she'll actually post here. Maybe on November 22. :lmao:

Yes, but Kim, you get to do it for the FIRST time. And that is always the most special.

The first time I went to Disney it was Disneyland in California. I never got to go as a child. I was around 30. I cried when I saw the sign.

Hey, Mel, I cry EVERY time I get to Main Street and see Walt and Mickey hand in hand. Magic never ages...

This is the Ghost of Nanas Future...from now on, we will NOT obsess over how we look or will look. We will focus on the positive. I spend so much time hating myself about being out of shape, but I can't magine that my last thought on earth will be how I looked to others. Nope, I'll remember family, love, and friends. Not, did I look great???:confused3

So, let's focus on the little things that really are good. Now, honestly, what's the one thing that people compliment you on all the time??? I'll start...my smile. Go figure! :banana:

Did I mention that I had a beautiful elbow? It gets lots of workouts.... that is my beautiful body part.
Off to exercise...I have to drive 4 hours to get to the "gym"(wine festival) and won't be posting until I get back cuz daughters need the laptop.

I would love to be with you but as you can tell by my picture of the cruise list, I just cant seem to relax on a cruise!!!:lmao:

Sorry I missed all the excitement last night!:mad: Went to help at Jess' school then to torture my child with shopping!:rotfl2: (She's a chip off the old block!!) Had to exchange the pants we bought her last week so hopefully these will fit (Again, like me, she hates trying on clothes at the store!!). Also started picking up items for Bill's birthday (10/24).

Spent the night watching The Sopranos on DVD. . .

Good morning Nanas...............WOW!!! 7 pages to catch up on. We're moving a little slowly this morning. Up til 1 am cleaning out garage. Now, on to the ATTIC.

Congrats on 10,000 posts. I could feel the excitement just reading through them. Wasn't it just last weekend that we got 9,000:confused3 The weeks are starting to run together.
