Too cute! I love little ones! Mine used to be cute, but I wouldn't dare use that terminology now!

Yeah... I'm sure there's benefits to having the older too!! Last weekend Jackson dumped an entire box of apple cinnamon cheerios on the living room floor. Good times.:)

I still need to learn how far he can reach unto the table now!

Great Pic Melanie. Yes..my ticker is down to days too. How fun is that?

I know... I'm really starting to get excited now! Soon it's gonna get hard to keep my focus! As if I ever have it anyway.:rotfl2:

My advice on swimwear. If you go to a lot of main internet sites like JCPenney or Old Navy. Alot of them still have swimwear discounted from last season if you click on the Sale buttons. Usually towards the bottom somewhere. At least they still did last time I looked.

Sports authority has summer close outs......got some 55.00 cargo shorts for 7 bucks and A LOT of swim wear and sandals 50-75% off. Purchaced camping chairs (folded and bagged) for 5.99 a piece.....

Thanks for the welcome everyone!! Yes Josh we have three official teens with us. My cousin kenny who is 13 my nephew, Adam, who is 17 (He has never cruised before and isn't too sure about all this!:confused3) and my own daughter, Shelby who is 16.

My DDs 17 and 15 were worried about this sailing having teens their ages, on the last 2 thanksgiving Westerns they were sold out and hung with a gang of 40ish......

I'm SO thankful they take after their mother!:rotfl2:

Good morning,

gradie42 glad to see you back again. It has been so long I dont remember your first name? Could you please remind me, thanks.:goodvibes

Meme,
sorry to hear everyone has been sick, but at least your all done with it before the cruise, now your all set. Good to have you back again.:thumbsup2

Mutt, where are you lately?? Hiding from the dog catcher again??

Who has plans for the weekend??
Not sure for us, we have been thinking about zipping over to WDW for a day but it will depend on the weather. It needs to be a little cooler than it has been.

off to get some grocery shopping done early today,

Kathy

Working 9-9 today and tomorrow, my used car Mgr. and owner are out of town...9-5 Friday and winterizing boats and jet skis on sunday....and cramming the Bears game inbetween....LOL......then it will be official......cold weather is here and it's time to sail!

Bob,

Is that article one of the teaching aids you use when you teach your couple class at church??:lmao:
I am afraid I failed the good wife test, thank goodness.:goodvibes

Ok ladies,
what are some things we could put down for a Good husbands guide??
I think we deserve equal time here, what do you think??

1. A good husband would volunteer to get up at night with the baby to feed and change him while you got some well deserved rest.

2. A good husband should ALWAYS remember to put the "seat down "for his wife and kids.

3. A good husband should NEVER get upset if his wife runs a little late. He should be thrilled she is getting all dressed nice for him. Lets see how long it takes him to put on pantyhose and make up while taking care of kids, the dog and find his keys which he always seems to loose.

4. A good husband would invite his mother in law to come for a visit.

what can you add to the list??
Remember this is a family board:lmao:
Kathy

A good husband keeps the liquor cabinet stocked.

(sorry ... I had nothing else at the moment ... :rotfl2: ... and honestly, I have Bill so well trained that I couldn't come up with anything)

Hi Kathy!

My first name is Wendyleigh, dh Michael, and dd's Maiya (5 1/2) and Catey (5). We are really getting excited now - I spent hours on disboards last night and found all sorts of things. And of course, I have all sorts of questions and plans to make . . .

Our girls can't wait to leave - they ask every day, "How long until the Mickey Boat?". I have told them we are spending another week at SSR after the cruise, but they are focused on the beach and the ship - they love it!

Jaime - not sure about their homework yet but i like the drawing a picture idea for a daily journal :) Might have to suggest it to their teachers . . .

My dh loves the list I am gathering about fav things to do as grownups - the last time we were on the Magic, our girls were 2 1/2 and 2 so we didnt' get to do a lot. They DID NOT have tequila tasting - how do i sign him up for that? He keeps saying how many days until his season is over - i swear, he would pack today if he thought it would speed things up!

Gotta go see my next client, but will check in later tonight - might have to make disboards my home page so i can catch up on posts :)
