So, I'm glad to hear we will have plenty of time to explore the ship. I like to visit all the places. I'm the kind of person who loves to sit on a bench off of Main St in WDW and people watch and just revel in the "magic" of the World.

Okay, so I'm looking at the PP and the St. John/Trunk Bay Excursion only gets a "6" rating. Most of the negativity seems to surround the ferry ride over. Maybe if enough of us are on this, we could liven it up Captain Nautica's St. John Snorkeling Expedition gets a "9". What do you guys thing about that

I'm going to try and narrow it down to one snorkeling excursion. I don't know if we're going to book an excursion for St. Maarten or just "wing it". You know about winging it right Mutt Maybe I'll even be able to lose my husband along the way and act confused later

Now you have me wondering about which snorkle tour to do again. I thought we had it figured out! ugh ... We need to get this figured out for sure.

Castaway Club members can't book anything yet ... I think it's August 26th that we can. Or something around there. At like 3 a.m. Who would like to get our ressie number and a list of things we want, and go online so that I don't have to get up at that godforsaken hour?! Taking volunteers ...

Don't get your hopes up on the casinos in St. Maarten. If you're looking for fun, excitement, and Vegas-like atmosphere, this just isn't the place. Best of luck getting a cocktail waitress to wait on you, and DON'T expect a smile . Cheri? Tell 'em!

Oh well, DH will be disappointed. But wait , casinos are kinda chaotic right? This could be THE place to lose him. He'll come looking for me once he's lost all of his money, mad because he couldn't get a drink and ticked off because the cocktail waitress didn't flirt with him........and he'll find me back on the Magic with a drink that was mixed by a strapping young lad (who was clearly attracted to me), comfortably lounging in a chair while getting a sun kissed glow that makes me look 25 again and I owe it all to you

Okay... Doubloon, OR Capt. Nautica and am fast leaning toward the Doubloon-
unless the PPorter has updated info- mine is from 2004...think I need an update! It is only 31/2 hours, which gives us time to do other things, it seems to leave at 8:15. I did want to see Trunk Bay- so I don't know...
a shorter excursion gives us time to ride the tramway up to Paradise Point-
off to bed and dream of the tropical beaches....

I think you all know me better than that... I used to be 17. One of my favorite quotes to my 16 year old nephews is "if I can't be a good example to you allow me to be a horrible reminder".

well at 5:30 we were already 80 degrees I will be glad when October is here so it will cool off some.

sometimes it is amazing we survived our teen years huh? I shutter to think back to those years. Much better to be middle aged If you do something stupid people figure it is just old age setting in and ignore you.

well off to the store early before it get too much hotter.

Keep the post about excursions coming, those may help us make up our minds. we are still debating,

Disney had them last year for halloween so keep checking. Also, they have had them on e-bay. Try searching "alice in wonderland" and "mad hatter".

Hi PA'er Okie - You are not very far from me, maybe an hour. I have done work in West Chester, Malvern and a couple of other places in Chester County. I'm heading to Bethelehem today for the musikfest, have you ever been? something I think your kids would enjoy.

Raining here today but due to clear up.

Regarding St Maarten - someone mentioned Ron Tiki for lunch. I do not have that in my notes - where can I get more info? I have Orient beach listed. Has anyone tried Pinel Island? says you need to take a ferry to it. How about the butterfly farm?
I don't have much about St Thomas but I think I have been there. Since it was not memorable I better do some planning

Has anyone shipped a box to the ship before?

Love the alice croquet match I looked for a mad hatter hat also and could not find one at wdw. I've bought items from buycostumes. They also have hats on thetreebuilder,not sure if carry mad hatter.
