Jeff!!! Great to hear from you! Sounds like your having a great time. If you look in the large blue suitcase down near the foot of the bed in your hotel room, you'll see a tail sticking out. Thats me...geez, its warm...could ya poke a few holes for me? (a snack or a drink wouldn't be so bad, either).
I sure am glad I brought my notebook so I can type this for the folks back home.

Holly, you've been invaluable to me this week. Thank you! I owe you a drink or something....maybe I'll buy you a breakfast buffet at Topsiders...(it'll cost a bundle but no worries).

My 'expected' favourite moment will be seeing my daughter's face LIGHT UP when she sees and hugs Cinderella.. The person being Cinderella that day had better be patient. My daughter will talk her ear off.. And when (If) I see her on stage on the last night with Mickey. I hope she gets to do that - do they still do that on the 7nighters..? anyone know..?

Morning everyone....

Well, our cruise-mom should be disembarking anytime now. Hope you had a great time Kathy! I did my best and had some great help from everyone. Pretty sure a bunch of folks were on vacation but the ones that were here woulda made you proud.

(I took this job way too seriously...should have let my monkeys handle it!)

The anticipation here for this trip, with N'awlins out of the way is getting palpable. We know when one of us is driving down the street now. We hear each other coming! I made a caribbean cd with the Castaway cd music, Jimmy Buffett, assorted cruise friend music and Harry Belafonte(sp?). Even when its 35 degrees, you STILL have the urge to put sunblock on.
Anyways...time to get the day moving...ttyl

I'm jealous of you going to Lake Michigan. I hope you enjoy! It is SO hot here. It said 101 as we were driving around earlier. Swimming sounds great. Unfortunately all the pools around here are sure to be crowded and 101 is just a little to hot to have the little ones out regardless!!!

great job posting everyone. I am proud of the monkey man and Holly. Good job.
I will post a report soon but I can tell you we will NEVER go on carnival again.
we did have a good time, but not the awesome time we have on disney, of course the 4 male stripers did add some excitment to one evening show.
Calm down ladies, I dish the dirt soon.


Welocme new people, I will learn names soon, but after a 5 hour debarkation today I am pooped. I order pizza to be delivered, I'm unpacked, 2nd load of laundry is washing, so I am going to relax and look at my notes of the trip so I can work on my reprort tomarrow.

Guess it really was the Carnival GORY!

OK Kathy, here's the status ... Cheri, Jeff, and Bob are all on vacation, so they are all exempt for the time being fom posting. Bill did very well with his assignment, although I got a little tired of hearing the knock on the bathroom door followed by "Have you posted lately?". That just wasn't fair!

Holly did her job as well, plus as you see we secured a few newbies!! We had 2 people drop out (the Pal Mickey people, Holly and Shari), and you should see a new cruisemate list in your e-mail.

OK, I'm going to go sit outside and enjoy a beautiful evening!

well I feel better today after sleeping in to 6:30 this morning.
I will make this short because I want to start my cruise report and to get all my photos downloaded to photo bucket so I can post them with my report.

I hope to have it finished by tuesday morning.

I am so HAPPY to be going on Disney for ALL the rest of my cruises!!!
You have NO idea how much better it is than Canival.

Sue... the travel pack is just an envelope with a package of brochures that tell you some of the stuff you probably already know about (excursions, travel tips, gift packs, etc....) If you have a passporter, you're already wayyyy beyond their info. It does give you that all-important date that everyone waits for (I hear the angels singing....ahhhhh)---the date you can start making ressies for excursions and palo and spa and stuff. I do have a question though. Did you get an island-gram yet? We got one last year but not this year. I know its just a dumb lil thing that says the cruise is coming and to get all excited but I just like those weird little reminders. Anyways... you will get yours shortly. Then the next big thing is your document pack. Thats comes in November...thats when it really gets serious.

Anyways...glad to have ya back Kathy! I'm preparing a top ten list for ya.....
